IF EU let refugees to Europe

Europe doesn't need 7th century extremist fascists invading just to cope with its ageing demographic profile. It should look to Japan, a country of 120million projected to reduce to 40million as the baby boomers die off. Yes there will be pain but the resultant country will be beautiful and with no ethnicity problems.

I dread to think of how we will cope with hordes of western-hating extremists overuning borders and trying to inflict their extreme form of Islam upon us.

I heard recently that Australia, a democratic country after all, does not pamper illegal aliens trying to flock to their shores. Their coast guard has been known to fire upon boats carrying economic refugees from poor Asian countries, and that has served as a deterrent discouragiong imitators. Anyone know whether that is true?

Merkel may not last long as most Germans are against her.

True enough. But the majority won't stand up to the radicals either. There are lots of mainstream Christians who publicly shame/ridicule the extremist weirdos. True, both Polson and Maf! Yes, Polson, most of Muslims living in Western countries are not radical (I know quite a few of them who have become .... atheist ;)). Yes, Maf, those (the huge majoritiy) who are integrated and democratic don't stand much against the islamists. In France there are some imams, including and above all one from Aulnay (whose name I never remember) who is very active, not only against radicalism but also to favor interreligious social and cultural integration but unfortunately there are not many of them doing the same as he does...

They are incredibly active, just because the media doesn't highlight such activities it doesn't mean that they don't exist.

Believe it or not, there is a serious anti-radicalization organization unit within the Muslim community right here in Warsaw and they extend their cooperation to state security agencies as well, both in terms of giving them info about about potential radicals and in terms of dealing with people that can be potentially radicalized. Again, just because Western media won't talk about it, it doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.

Which doesn't much help in western Europe.... Islam (in practice) is largely about group loyalties and few muslims want to side with non-muslims against another muslim in public. But moderate muslims need to publicly take on clowns like, for example, Anjem Choudary (some do now, but more are needed).

My experience is that I have been abused by gangs of Muslim youths in London, Birmingham and Manchester just for being white and in the wrong area (and I'm not Jewish or gay). Its getting widespread. I wouldn't wish the UK experience on Poland.
