"U.S. nationals, including dual nationals, must use a U.S. passport to enter and leave the United States."

Thank you for that 100% correct information TheOther.
I have dual nationality and always leave the U.S. on my Jamaican passport (who would be there to question it since you don't go thru Immigrations & Customs upon departure) for the reason of taking in many items without having to pay any duty on them as allowed by Jamaican Customs for it's citizens.

(As long as the items are not for resale)
Coming back into the U.S. I have always use my U.S. passport knowing U.S. Immigration & Customs Officers have NO sense of humor.

So while it may be a law, it is one that is not enforced for law abiding citizens with dual nationality leaving the U.S.

I would think if you had dual nationality with Poland that you would be allowed to leave the U.S. on your Polish passport if you were going to Poland.

Interesting tid bit of info. though.

In other words, JR, you leave the US as a Jamaican national to whom the rule quoted by TheOther does not apply since it is meant for American nationals and not Jamaican ones. On return, however, you reveal yourself at the border as a law-abiding American national showing his American passport as prescribed in the above mentioned rule.

I wonder how much money those clown bureaucrats in Washington are paid for their wisdom which helped them conceive such a rule?

those clown bureaucrats in Washington

Like so many of our Constitutional Rights that have been taken away from us Z.
People just sit back with apathy and let it happen as the globalist plot continues.
All that particular law is for (like so many new ones of late) are just to f*k with you if they want to. (CONTROL over You)

The United States Citizens no longer have any privacy.
I am older then the Commandments but held onto my original Social Security card with my S.S. number from back in the 50's.
On the bottom of that card it states, This number will not be used for identification. LMFAO !
Today I can not obtain Health Insurance, Auto Insurance, House Insurance, Passport, Enroll in College, Drivers license, a loan from a bank, have a bank account, cell phone service, a credit card, rent a place to live, NOTHING without first giving all those people my Social Security number.

The lying bastards now issue a Social Security number to all babies at birth no questions ask. (Americans are now just a number)
(Oh and they take the DNA from EVERY baby born in America without permission from parents also)
So when you use the term bureaucrats in Wasshington Z you are really referring to the Deep State of the New World order that Trumps is fighting to eradicate.

President Trump's agenda is to "upend" their "liberal world order."
And so, the globalist-minded Council on Foreign on Relations, a key Deep State institution behind the "world order" agenda, is calling for the creation of a new "Group of 9" (G9) committee to save the "rules-based world order" from Trump.

If Trump plays his cards right, however, he can foil their globalist plot and save constitutional government.
This is why the Liberal Socialists are having meltdown after meltdown every time Trump takes away more of their crumbs.

You've asked nicely, m-hole, so I will tell you that if your Polish passport does not bear an official stamp "CLOWN" in it,

That was creative and profound. Your mom must be proud.

TheOther

does not apply since it is meant for American nationals

The first thing they tell you when you get your American passport: never use your other (foreign) one when you leave the USA or you run the risk to lose your U.S. citizenship. You would have to be stupid to even try.

who would be there to question it since you don't go thru Immigrations & Customs upon departure

You forget that your passport is scanned at check-in and that your data is forwarded to Homeland Security/ Immigrations.

So while it may be a law, it is one that is not enforced for law abiding citizens with dual nationality leaving the U.S.

Until it is, and then good luck getting back into the country. Wanna take that risk? I don't.

never use your other (foreign) one when you leave the USA or you run the risk to lose your U.S. citizenship.

I went through the entire cycle of immigrating, becoming a citizen, getting my fist US passport, renewing my US passport and nobody ever informed me verbally or in writing about any such thing. Using a US passport to commit fraud is another matter.

The US has no control over other countries and their requirements for documents. Poland expects Polish citizens to carry Polish passport while in Poland. Enforcement is again another matter. During my second visit in April this year, it was clear at the Warsaw airport that I was born in Poland because my US passport says so but they didn't notice or care.

Me too, and I received the stern warning not to use my other passport when travelling to and from the U.S.. What you do once you've reached your destination abroad is none of their business, of course.

Then, we are in agreement. I wouldn't dare leave the US without my US passport.
Just for fun, I walked into the US Embassy in Warsaw to find out what would happen if I lost it. The good news was that they would give me a travel document to go back home on the basis of the documents I would still have with me. The bad news was that the next appointment to start the process would be a week from now. Not good if you lost everything.

WRONG,you can still be prosecuted under US laws in the US under US laws,no matter what other passports you hold.I have 3 passports of different countries and one overseas passport but as suggested by US embassy I am still under US laws anywhere in the world plus under other country laws that I am citizen of.And you can never participate in any military work for another country or you will and can be prosecuted in the US and stripped of US citizenship.

I think we were only discussing using other passports for identification, not committing crimes.

I was actually thinking of travelling outside the U.S., not of breaking the law somewhere. Getting involved in another country's military is a no-no, that's correct.

While on the subject of passports...
A really weird thing happened a couple of days ago. I took my laptop to the Polish Consulate to show them some of the posts in this forum as evidence that I am a Russian troll and not a Polish citizen. At my advanced age, sometimes I am not sure what I am.

Well, they read most of them and, after a short huddle, they told me that the posters who wrote them are mentally disturbed morons. Five minutes later, after a short finger printing ceremony and a signature I was on my way home with a brand new Polish passport.

MoOli
23 Oct 2018  #73

Rich, seriously they never give you a Passport immediately after finger printing.SO PAPA,stop with the lies.NEVER!NEVER & NEVER,shows you are freaking lying.

Did I say "immediately"? I wrote "five minutes later". So you are the liar.
Here is their website. You can verify it if you wish. You will have to use email. They never respond to phone calls.

Did you by any chance show at the Polish Consulate the following post of yours :

I made every reasonable (that excluded a lobotomy) effort to erase my Polish experience

Rich Mazur
23 Oct 2018  #76

No. Why should I? But I did yours to show them what morons congregate here.

MoOli
23 Oct 2018  #77

Ofcourse he did not Zimmi.

I wrote "five minutes later". So you are the liar.

No you are to begin with, you didn't write you TYPED*.
Polish passports are biometric since 2006 and are made in Poland. They take 4 to 6 weeks after fingure printing.here is the Polish consulate website that clearly mentions that

newyork.mfa.gov.pl/en/consular_information/passports/passports;jsessionid=E7CC295559A9B76ADD1CBBCEB277DC98.cmsap5p

Thus you are a liar and cannot be trusted, until you prove that the Polish consulate website is wrong.

I will respond after you edit your post to pass the third-grade requirements. Those missing commas and spaces make it painful to read.

True. Living in Moscow, he cannot simply "go" to the Polish Consulate in Chicago to get a Polish passport.

try harder,you are a liar.

One of the joys of participating in a forum like this one is learning new things.
So, today, thanks to some genius here, I found out that we "TYPE", not "write". Duh.
That is why the authors of emails, editorials, and books are called ....writers. Like in: a book written by Hillary...
I guess, being as old as she is, she still uses feathers and ink or, at least, ball-point pens.
BTW, I wonder if dictating is "writing". Like in: This book was dictated by...
Next step is telling the world that, according to some Polak, the whole world has been using the word "write" improperly. This may actually start a revolution.

Living in Moscow, he cannot simply "go" to the Polish Consulate in Chicago to get a Polish passport.

This is why I posted my little story under "Russian Trolls".
Somehow, with that huge distance to Chicago, my Russian accent, and a bottle of vodka in my jacket they still gave me my Polish passport. Isn't it amazing?

Would you like me to post it? Just be prepared that I will cover the passport number, but my name and the date of issue will be clearly visible.

If you ask me nicely, apologize for all your moronic posts, and send one dollar to support this forum, I will do it.

One of the joys of participating in a forum like this one is

Is having a captive audience that has to suffer brutally listening to a troll that has no friends in real life because they have had it with his lies and his obnoxious narcissism to live his fantasy of being something he wishes he was so he has found a forum as his new captive audience and sits in his dirty underpants all day/every day in front of his computer annoyingly spewing immature B.S. that ruins it for everyone else who actually have something constructive to say.

Do I hear an Amen.
Just saying.........

Rich Mazur

If you wrote this in shorter sentences, I would be tempted to respond.
BTW, I didn't realize until now that I have this so-totally-awesome power to enslave and stifle. I should be the first American king.
