I have to admit, his behaviour over the last couple of months has been interesting to watch. He's clearly losing it, and with some more provocation, he might do something that would hurt PiS badly, such as trying to arrest members of the opposition.

They attempted it with Giertych, the opposition`s lawyer, but it turned into a parody coz it seems they have nothing on him and only tried to prevent his court apearance for an important defendant.

Honestly, that position isn't anywhere near as solid as it was. There's one poll here reported by TVP:

KO: 22%
P2050: 22%
Lewica: 11%
Konfederacja: 10%

I would take away 2-4% from Konfederacja and give it to PiS, but in this scenario, PiS+Konfederacja would only have 38% between them, as opposed to the opposition parties having 55%. Numbers-wise, it would be about 120 each for KO and P2050, and somewhere about 35-40 for Lewica.

No, it`s not so beautiful. PiS won`t win back the lost voters nor will they gain new ones. The support for them will have remained around 30% till the next elections. Do you know how it is going to shape the next Parliament?

I'm not a prosecutor nor do I care about court admit able evidence because I'm only expressing my opinion.. Bides lack of evidence can be pinpointed to either corruption, incompetency or any other factor ...it doesn't necessarily means that the charges are false or made up.

As you well know a legendary American gangster couldn't be put into prison due to the lack of evidence and they had to pull some bookkeeper tricks to lock him up on some tax evasions charges which as you should know are mostly BS.
