Just two morons like they could almost be twins......they have nothing to respond with...certainly no music posts.....I have studied many music genres over many years, ages before I joined this forum...I certainly know more about music in general and especially Polish music than Jim(JR) and certainly know more about world music than Jerzy(Pawian) but he should know more about Polish music than me....but he refuses to post, so we have to assume that he is an ignoramus on this subject too![quote=J

I'm just posting two songs, both from bands that we used to know back in the early eighties..... first is Shader....Jerzy(Pawian) might like this rough sound but I bet his English is not good enough to understand what the song is about!



My second and last post is from a band that became good friends and I'll never understand why they never had more success.
The band were called LA Hooker and I can't find their best song on the internet, but this one was pretty good anyway.

Not music to my personal taste Jon, but I am very pleased that you, unlike Jerzy(Pawian) and Jim (JR) have been brave enough to put your head above the parapet and post in one of the music threads.....good on you!!!

Modern stuff isn't really my taste however there's something about his stuff that seemed to stand above the manufactured pop coming from TV talent shows and big record companies. He started doing it all himself and putting it online.


A friend has just been sending me links to Dead Kennedys songs and horrible Scandinavian dark metal. So I've been sending him back easy listening stuff.
