Angelina Topić despite getting an injury when she twisted her right ankle during the warm-up, qualified for the finals

.. he's probably thinking: "he, he - I get to beat up all these b*tches, it's legal, and at the end they will even give me a medal for it!".

That picture says it all about women.

Supremely brave when scratching their husbands. Soft like toilet paper when their enemies are woke transgender activists. I know because I approached many to ask "How many genders are there?".

Their responses were somewhere between stupid and insane. All the guys said: 2. No hesitation, no fear...That is why women should not vote.

Khelif, who is a biological female, was thrown out of last year's world championships after allegedly failing tests which proved she has male 'XY chromosomes'.

DM, you are lying...This freak is XY, full of testosterone, and is a man. A small or missing dick makes him a defective man, but not a woman.

Also, "allegedly" is pure bs after the tests. We drop "allegedly" after the verdict.

Serbian girl.

DM, you are lying...

Looks like a man....beats like a man....why isn't she fighting the men???

She would even gain alot more respect...but hey, no advantages anymore, right? Right!

There is a reason trans people only take part in sports where they gain unnatural advantages with that (see that swimmer!)

I would say it's a new kind of doping....if that is allowed we will see alot more of these people in the future in competitive sports....

.if that is allowed we will see alot more of these people in the future in competitive sports....

Mocking and ridicule is the only way to stop this insanity.

After a "woman" with a dick set a new record in bench press, a good guy immediately took that record from the freak by benching more. That did not allow the best woman keep hers but it sure took that stupid smile off the creep's face.

This sports association only needs your statement that you are a woman. Nothing else...

Another medal for Serbia is secured let's hope it's the golden one.

Now a match is underway between Serbia vs. Poland basket 3x3. If we win tonight against the Poles we have a chance to go directly into the semifinals.

This thread is a microcosm of why PF deserves it's current predicament

Yup.

I fear that decision to allow that trans boxer was made by men...the leaders of the IOC are mainly men!

Good point.

There is a reason trans people only take part in sports where they gain unnatural advantages with that (see that swimmer!)

I would say it's a new kind of doping....

I've got to say that I've noticed it too... I somehow never hear about a woman who transitioned into a man going into male sports or a man who transitioned into a woman participating in those kinds of female sports where they wouldn't have an advantage, like rhythmic gymnastics, synchronised swimming or horse riding, for example. Or am I wrong and the media simply don't inform about such people? 🤔

And Polish sports news from the Olympics - Iga Świątek is the first Polish tennis player in history to win an Olympic medal (bronze)!🥉 Congrats to Iga!!! :D 👏👍😘🥳🎉

Having what is essentially a male boxing against a female is a complete outrage!

The average male has 75% more muscle mass in their upper body and 90% more strength than a woman.

This makes a complete mockery of the IOC's decision to allow this.

If the Italian girl had fought on, she could have been killed.

I have to add that I think that women boxing is unnatural anyway. And should be banned.

I have to add that I think that women boxing is unnatural anyway. And should be banned.

All contact sports should be banned. They are disgusting.
Shooting, archery, fighter jets, aircraft carriers, and anything that includes animals, too...
Also, everything that needs judging ... like diving ...What's next? Miss Olympic Transgender?

Kilograms, meters, and seconds...Period.

@Novichok

You are talking bollox again Rich.

None of the other sports you mention should be banned.

But don't you feel uneasy when you see women boxing?

Paulina

@Miloslaw, you had me until the ending part:

I have to add that I think that women boxing is unnatural anyway. And should be banned.

Humans aren't water creatures, so you could say that swimming isn't "natural" for them. Does that mean that swimming should be banned as a sport, according to you? lol

I'm not a fan of boxing, I think it's a pretty messed up sport where often you may end up with a brain damage. But if people want to beat each others mordas in a controlled environment, men and women, then so be it - it's their choice. As long as male boxing isn't banned, I don't see any reasonable reason to ban women's boxing. 🤨

Shooting, archery,

Why? o_O

But don't you feel uneasy when you see women boxing?

You feeling uneasy is your problem though. It's not good enough reason to ban a sport. I feel uneasy when I watch male boxing too, but I'm not calling for banning it as a sport.

None of the other sports you mention should be banned.

Skill =/= sports.
Sports = activities that require maximum strength, speed, or endurance...Putting on lipstick and smiling stupidly while in water required none of those...
But don't you feel uneasy when you see women boxing?

I just said:
All contact sports should be banned. They are disgusting.

...and would be criminal but for a waiver they signed...

Paulina

Putting on lipstick and smiling stupidly while in water required none of those...

If you're talking about synchronised swimming then all those acrobatics in the water definitely require muscle strength and endurance (and skills).

Skill =/= sports.
Sports = activities that require maximum strength, speed, or endurance...

The rest of humanity seems to have a different opinion than you :)

So do ballet, chess, parachuting, cave exploring, driving from Chicago to Denver,...even giggling Kamala-style...

One more time:

If it cannot be measured by a machine it ain't no fvcking sports...

That's why we don't have debating, trolling, singing, poetry reading ...

Paulina
2 Aug 2024  #227

Honestly, anyone who thinks synchronised swimming doesn't require strength and endurance (often speed too) either never swam in the water in their life or is an idiot. I think it's more difficult than ordinary swimming where you just have to swim from point A to point B as fast as you can:

From the comments:

"@vvisionaryy
I've tried synchro in my swim class and this is the hardest thing ever, it's amazing how they're able to do it so gracefully!! After experiencing this, I have a greater appreciation for synchronized swimming"

If it cannot be measured by a machine it ain't no fvcking sports...

My God, Novichok, you do have a problem with many things... You must be fun at parties lol 🤦 Shooting and archery can be "measured by a machine" - I mean, it's a pretty straightforward sport. I agree it's not very... physical (shooting even less than archery), but if people enjoy having it as a sport... I can't say I care. Also, there are sports that combine shooting and physical activity like biathlon.

Is a guy with a rifle an athlete?

Is a guy riding a horse an athlete or is it the horse?

Are the guys in this video "athletes" or just passengers?

What a joke...This is an athlete...By the way, he is lousy at reading poetry.

Two VERY stupid questions....... you have absolutely no idea how stupid you are!

Paulina
2 Aug 2024  #231

@Novichok, the bottom line is that sport events exist for people's entertainment, for their enjoyment. Lifting weights may be easy to "measure", but for me it's pretty boring to watch - I prefer watching figure skating or tennis. So everyone has something they like watching, something that interests them. You don't like watching boxing or archery than don't watch it. Stick to watching people lifting weights - problem solved.

Novichok
2 Aug 2024  #232

it's a pretty straightforward sport.

Stupid people confuse sports with competitions. Shooting is competition but not a sport. Playing Chopin competitively is not a sport.

All sports involve competition. Not every competition is a sport. Checkers is a competition but not a sport. Miss contests are competitions but not sports or "sports" means everything and nothing.

Your ignorance and sloppy way of using English words are not a reason to change the definition of "sports".

An activity to be classified as a sport must include athletes. Athletes must use maximum strength or speed (that requires maximum strength, too) to win or they are not "athletes".

Novichok
2 Aug 2024  #233

you have absolutely no idea how stupid you are!

Is this your counterargument?

I am beginning to see JR's point...

Lifting weights may be easy to "measure", but for me it's pretty boring to watch

The meaning and definitions of words are not private. Your personal preferences are irrelevant.

Back to the original Olympics? How many disciplines was that???

I understand what you're saying, but...:

An activity to be classified as a sport must include athletes. Athletes must use maximum strength or speed (that requires maximum strength, too) to win or they are not "athletes".

...you're lumping different things together. For example, synchronised swimming require strength, speed and endurance. It isn't dance, so how should it be classified?

And would you call football, baseball and cricket a sport then? You do have to have some speed, some strength and endurance to participate in those sports, but they're not about "maximum strength or speed", they're more about skills.

The meaning and definitions of words are not private. Your personal preferences are irrelevant.

Well, I didn't change those definitions - other people did. Archery, for example, was introduced into Olympics already in 1900.

Bratwurst Boy
2 Aug 2024  #236

And would you call football,

We just had the European Championship....then there is the most important event of the world, the World Championship...the olympic tournament makes no sense!

Paulina

@Bratwurst Boy, my point was - is football a sport or not?

Bratwurst Boy
2 Aug 2024  #238

OF COURSE!!!

Just not at Olympia....

Miloslaw
2 Aug 2024  #239

I am beginning to see JR's point...

JR Jim never has a point, all he wants to do is what he accuses others of doing to him. when in fact it is the other way round!
"Shame and diminish" is his mantra!Rich. if you are "Beginning to see JR's point" then you are losing it buster!

And would you call football, baseball and cricket a sport then?

You are making Rich look like a total fool now......maybe time to stop bashing the mentally challenged people......

Paulina
2 Aug 2024  #240

Just not at Olympia....

Other sports have their own tournaments too and yet they're also at the Olympics... Some sports get introduced into the Olympics, others get ditched - I'm not following that... Maybe football players want to get to be Olympians too :)

....naked of course! :)

lol :D

Some disciplines come pretty close ;D Guess why I used to enjoy watching this sport :D:

:)
