Poland`s aid to Ukraine if Russia invades

What Happened to People Who Volunteered to Fight For Ukraine?

What typically happens to morons and heroes...They die first and make Darwin happy. Sorry about the redundancy.

That's not really an argument for Putin...

It absolutely is. Life has no absolute scale. Nothing is "big, "small" or "nice". That's why English has "relative" and "in comparison to". And "precedent". Selective outrage is for passionate speeches at political rallies and Civics 101. PF is neither.

Selective outrage

Even if Korea and Iraq are long over and Ukraine happens just now?

Is really only critic on Putin in Ukraine allowed when the critic in the same breath criticizes everything the US ever did??? Always and ever??? No matter how far back?

Novichok

Is there a question in your question?

Lotsa questions actually....

So the Canadian sniper is alive and well and hopefully has his sights trained on a few senior officers,

Oh you can bet he is scoping out another of Putin's generals.
I use to enjoy shooting at a 1000 meters.
Your target never even hears the shot.

What typically happens to morons and heroes...

What typically happens to cowards that refuses to serve their country ?
They run their unpatriotic chickenshit loud mouths with tuff guy talk until some Semper Fi shuts it for them.

Novichok
23 Mar 2022  #6396

Did they also throw people in prison because they called it war?

No. They send them there to die. 100,000 did in K and V. And millions were wounded - physically and mentally.

Your target never even hears the shot.

You never shot anybody from 1000 feet. If you did, you would be serving 25 to life. Your target was a piece of plywood. It can't hear anything.

What typically happens to cowards that refuses to serve their country ?

I never refused to serve either in Poland or the US. FO.
Your English sucks. Again.

was perfectly justified both legally and morally.

Say this to the parents, wives, and children of the 100,000 who died, ask them if it was worth it, and what they got in return.

GefreiterKania

Say this to the parents, wives, and children

Exactly.

Say this to the parents, wives and children of over 15,000 Russian soldiers who already died. Tell this to all the Russian children who will die of cancer and other medical conditions that could be treated, if it wasn't for the crippling effect of economic sanctions and, in result, much lower budget for Russian health service.

How many Russians have to die, because of war, poverty and lack of badly needed investment in health service for Putin to finally realise that it's time to stop the war and withdraw troops from Ukraine? I mean, how many Russian casualties does he think is acceptable to continue the war that cannot be won. The sanctions are really destroying Russian economy (and we haven't seen all of it yet).

So, since everything in life is about numbers, did Mr. P come up with the limit of how many of his soldiers and citizens he is willing to see die before saying it's enough and time to end this "special operation"?

The U.S. is sending some of the Soviet-made air defense equipment it secretly acquired decades ago to bolster the Ukrainian military as it seeks to fend off Russian air and missile attacks, U.S. officials said.

The systems, which one U.S. official said include the SA-8, are decades old and were obtained by the U.S. so it could examine the technology used by the Russian military and which Moscow has exported around the world.

The weapons are familiar to Ukraine's military, which inherited this type of equipment following the breakup of the Soviet Union

I use to enjoy shooting at a 1000 meters.

You never shot anybody from 1000 feet.

Your reading comprehension sucks again.

Your target was a piece of plywood.

You have no idea what my targets were.
Now for the love of God you dumb Polak, stay On-Topic before you get another suspension.

Russian losses in 10 years of war in Afghanistan compared to 26 days of "special operation" in Ukraine...

Russian losses

... those "special operations" are horrible - you lose as much forces in a month as you do in 10 years of war!

What Happened to People Who Volunteered to Fight For Ukraine?

The guy is a big old liar :)) How do I know? An Irish guy just came back from Ukraine recently and here's his tale.

He was one of the guys at the Yavarov base when it was hit and received injuries. As he had previous military training and combat experience he was given a position as platoon sergeant, He said that on arrival at the base recruits were vetted and given a psychological assessment. Sixteen guys were rejected immediately as unsuitable and sent back from whence they came. The rest were told that they had to keep their passports on them at all time. They were told by their commanding officer ' no drunks, no junkies, no nazis' . After the base was hit Mr Irish and his men spent two nights in the woods. Then transport was arranged for them and they were given a choice to stay or go to Poland. Some stayed, some left.

You see Crnog, Ireland is a tiny country and you just can't get away with the kind of bullsh*t that you can in a vast nation like the USA. America is full of spoofers and they get away with it because apart from a small group of people who know them, the rest of the country takes them at face value. In Ireland once you do anything 'public' everybody knows who you are very quickly and liars tend to get found out. Once that happens you're finished in your community and word spreads very fast beyond. In America you're pretty anonymous and your lies won't follow you to another state or if they do, they'll be forgotten about very quickly. Not in Ireland. So Irish people tend to be cautious about telling lies of the magnitude that your bearded friend in the video is spouting.

Here's what the Irish man has to say about the situation of the Russian army in Ukraine based on his own experience:

"On the ground their coms are in chaos and units have to rely on stealing unsecure Ukrainian civilian phones just to keep contact with other units in the field. Similarly the much vaunted 'reactive armour' that Russia developed is seen only rarely, and never on the plethora of destroyed and captured Russian tanks and other fighting vehicles.

In terms of battlefield doctrine the Russian army has no evolved modern methods, and hence it has suffered the loss of five top generals in Ukraine, chiefly because it still operates a vertical power structure with mid ranking officers and NCOs having little input or any room for independent thought or action. None of this can be remedied in the short or mid term, and certainly during war in Ukraine.

The Russian army is dangerous, but it is clear now that in its current form it is not capable of fighting Western NATO forces.

And:

"The situation will get worse for Ukraine before it gets better, but I think it is highly unlikely Russia will win.Capturing key cities like Mariupol will allow Russian forces to open better supply lines, but logistics is already a problem before supplies are put on roads.

Some Russian units have been captured after having not eaten for four days. Russian food supplies captured by Ukrainian forces were four years out of date.

What is coming is a bloody mess, but going forward the Russians are moving into a worse position than the Ukrainians."

Btw I've heard this Irish guy speaking live, and he's very articulate. The quotes from the articles are clearly his own words and not that of a journalist.

@Novichok
You couldn't serve in the US until after you obtained citizenship, and based on your "story" it couldn't have happened. Saying you never refused really means you never could and you didn't volunteer. Not only are you a traitor, but a coward for not volunteering for the country that took you in, or for the country that gave you life.

@johnny reb
He is just another guy who talks. Maybe he has a gun, but he has never killed anything. Talkers talk. Still lines upon lines of Ukraine women and children here receiving clothing and other items from distribution points. I know Krakow and Warsaw said they were full last week, the people are still coming. In one neighborhood, near Galeria Kazimierz lots of Ukraine people there year round, and now it is simply over flowing with their family members who have come. Shopping is now more crowded than when peak holiday season. Just crazy.

aking in refugees prolongs wars.

Now you're just grasping at straws...

You're assuming or pretending that Russia is a rational actor which can be satisfied when its more or less reasonable demands are met.

Meanwhile, Russia is making it extraordinarily clear they have no intentions of stopping. You have to be a moron to not know this (or a collaborator pretending to not know this).

Success in Ukraine would simply embolden it to "retake" more former CCCP countries (Moldova first,

They're normalizing talk of invading Poland and Lithuania and normalizing the idea of nuclear weapons being brought in. Note that Peskov's remarks make it clear that Russia using nukes would be based on subjective Russian feelings of being endangered and nothing related to reality.

This is not desperation fueled rhetoric but spoken of as a logical progression of the current situation.

Russia. Will. Not. Stop.

Russia. Must. Be. Stopped.

No wonder we are hearing less from the trolls - they are standing in the cold for 90 mins trying to buy a single bag of sugar.

They need to ! Without it the vile "coffee" at the troll farm is undrinkable and would probably be better used filling the fuel tanks in those mud bound convoys.

Watching Russia implode is kinda funny but also shocking and I feel really sorry for the old folks who probably thought they had seen the last of that

I feel really sorry for the old folks who probably thought they had seen the last of that

Those old folks are the ones clamoring for a comeback of the USSR and the authors of the most violent bloodthirsty rhetoric (babushka fascism).

I'm not gonna feel sorry for them. My main sympathy is for Ukrainians and I can manage to feel a little sorry for the young people whose future is being snuffed out by vain imperial dreams (or those forced to leave the country). But those old folks are getting what they've been demanding. They've made their bed let them lie in it and cry into their pillows about that's not what they meant....

About 3/4 of Russian culture is negative selection... so they can't ever get past a certain material level without everything turning to sh+t because the leadership can't actually manage a modern, prosperous country.

@mafketis
Well said Maf. I have known a lot of Russians over the years. In my business I am forced to have to deal with them. Not once, not ever, have I dealt with one who was still living in Russia, who was honest, or welcoming. These are people who are raised in negativity. There is greed, but there is no real drive to work hard. Everything is a short cut for them, or it turns into a corrupt situation.

These old people, I have no mercy for them. They want a return to government controlled everything, and they will get it. Soon, they will return to 1980's standards. It wont take long either. This is only a matter of weeks before things get really bad. With more sanctions coming this week, even the "elected" officials are going to be screwed. It is a top down screwing though. $hi* rolls down hill. Happy gulag biatches!

On the one hand, "the Russians are stuck, their troops are starving or they are fed with outdated food, their supply lines are overstretched, they are suffering from frostbite in the bitter cold, their troops are deserting, they are defeated, they are done, the stalemate, the end, the embarrassment, they are no longer neither a regional power" On the other hand, "Russians will attack the Baltics, Russians will attack Poland, Moldova is probably next, Russians will invade Alaska" will these guys get a grip and agree with themselves on which story to spin because all this turns out to be tragicomical.

Until the summer new map of the world:
(if we were to believe western propaganda outlets posing as free and independent media as according to their reports the Ukrainians have almost reached Moscow)

There is only one story.

Russia will never defeat Ukraine and will not dare invade a Nato member.

The End.

What is wrong with this goverment?

I agree. They are being weak as f*ck. Where are the mass reception centres in every city and small town for the refugees? ,instead of leaving it to civilian orgs and individuals, where the individuals and NGO's et all can congregate, and where Poland can get some positive media coverage in the west? We are being overwhelmed and instead of positive media stories we are hearing about human trafficking. PiS is failing at their job at being a government in a time of war.

Like USA and Germany and NATO and EU I am very disappointed in PiS.

what is the polish government actually doing? how about opening the barracks of the army and the territorial defence forces for refugees for f*cks sake? it's not that hard? we're overwhelmed. about 2 million in 3 weeks? its time for refugee camps, but let's not call them that. Temporary Reception Centres sounds about right . That will play well with the western media that hates us.

and we gonna get 2 million more in the next two weeks.

staff whom it alleges are spies.

No sh*it! Can you imagine..."diplomatic staff" are spies! Hey, Poland, Santa does not actually exist.

will not dare invade a Nato member.

But Poland and NATO will invade another Afghanistan to "bring democracy". Next: Bangladesh because it starts with B.

On the one hand, "the Russians are stuck,

Here is the short version of your post:
Look at those hungry and defeated Russians getting ready to attack Western Europe.

Russia will never defeat Ukraine

Because Russia never meant to defeat Ukraine just as the USSR never meant to defeat Poland in 1945. Russia wants a friendly buffer state to keep the snake a safe distance away.

Yeah, while they have short range nukes in Kalingrad that could hit every major city in Poland faster than the west could retaliate.... give us a break Rich.

Putin has said Russia will only accept payments in rubles for gas deliveries to "unfriendly countries", which include all EU members :)) Wonder if he'd consider taking old buttons instead? I have a boxful that I could donate. They're probably more valuable.

And the 45 Russian 'diplomats' I mentioned earlier have now been expelled from Poland. Happy days!

Everyone stole, stole, stole.

It's no different in the Ukraine. However, unlike the Ukraine there's one guy running the show so at least there's a sort of order with graft and nepotism. In Ukraine it's a nonstop fight of the pro-EU bunch and pro-Russia bunch constantly fighting for the top spots and taking turns jailing, censoring, killing, etc. each other.

What Happened to People Who Volunteered to Fight For Ukraine?

Either they were wiped out with a cruise missle after idiotically giving away their location or are trying to get out after being given a rusty AK with 10 bullets and realizing they're being used as cannon fodder.

The rest that are still there are shaking in their boots. Even the ones who have some military training or even served in Afghanistan, Iraq, etc. quickly realized they're not fighting goat herders who's most powerful weapon is a Toyota pick-up truck with a Soviet machine gun. No, they're fighting an army that has tanks, jets, cruise missles, artillery, etc. Man these people are dumb...

Don't forget, it's Judensky who is encouraging people to come in. He said in a speech that he'll welcome any and all foreigners who want to help. But of course like the jude blood that courses in him, it's a scam, a bait and switch. Yeah, they're welcome with even worse gear than the Ukranian military has and not allowed to leave once **** gets heavy.

The funny thing is a recent poll from a firm called EKOS showed that there is a direct correlation between the amount of covid vaxxs/boosters a person took and how strong their support for Ukraine is. These people will believe anything the TV tells them to believe.
