I'm sure the Argentinian Pope will get his day in court dude - and I sent Svetoid courage to The Hague prosecutor

I doubt their defensive strategy is any better

It is. Facing another Hitler aka NATO - this time "democratic" - Russia has only one possible response. 30 minutes later it's all over.

I'm sure the Argentinian Pope will get his day in court

Many of his acolytes, too, I truly hope. Even those who died needs to have posthumous trials. Complete justice must be served.

I sent Svetoid courage to The Hague prosecutor

I like how you speak dobri brate. We don`t agree completely but we are on the verge

Insane how everybody overestimated Russia.

Awesome achievement by the Ukrainians to defeat Russia in just a month.

Yes, I couldn't believe it when Shoigu himself proclaimed the "new objective" of securing Donbass and retreat from Kiev area. I knew Russia would lose, but I didn't expect them to get owned in 4 weeks. Amazing. :)

securing Donbass and retreat from Kiev area. I

They're basically suing for peace.

get owned in 4 weeks. Amazing. :)

Isn't it wonderful news.

It's not looking good for the russian scum in Mariupol either. And their 'troops' will have a lot of rubble to clear and concrete to mix before they're allowed home to russia.

A video on the supposed "coup" by Victoria Nuland in 2013-14....

How did one low ranking government bureaucrat get so many people to protest for so long? It's mystery.

Just remember, velund, bobko, novi, crow and czarnagóra are all on the side of the police kicking a civilian lying in the street... I'm on the side of the smiling people wrapped in the ukrainian flag knowing that victory is theirs and not the democratically elected thug in chief (who ran away like a scared rabbit).

People used to consider the russian army to be the third best in the world.

Now they're only the third best in Ukraine.

Meanwhile: Poland, the Baltics and Czech Republic already kicked out throngs of mongol "diplomats"...

... and now Ireland, the Netherlands and Belgium are doing the same. Good riddance.

Quite a few countries have.

Aside from the tranche booted out after the Salisbury chemical weapons attack, plenty have been sent back since.

The pariah state russia is looking forward to decades of isolation, humiliation and decline.

On nazi side?

No, I'm not on the side of the Putinites... I'm on the side of dignity (something that Russia and Serbia at present both lack).

In Ukrainian the euromaidan protests that birthed modern Ukraine are called "Революція гідності" (in Polish "Rewolucja godności") "The revolution of dignity"

We should let serbo-nazis and russo-nazis tarnish the memory of that great process.

Isn't it wonderful news.

Not really. They should be given more tanks and all other millitary tools to get them kick Russian out of Ukrainie.

They should be given more tanks

Let me guess...By the US taxpayers.

That stunt with the MIgs didn't play out the way brave Poland planned. Did it?

The Blitzkrieg didn't play out the way brave Russia planned. Did it?

But sill the Russian government cannot be trusted to follow any agreement so any peace deal has to include deterrents.

The Blitzkrieg didn't play out the way brave Russia planned. Did it?

Because Russia operated under self-imposed rules of engagement that precluded an all-out attack on anything critical to life or continuation of civilized society. Downtown Kyiv and the gov buildings were within easy reach of Russian missiles - just as the objects they did hit.

Crow

Operation is not over yet. Nazis are still active in Ukraine and in many parts of Europe.

"NAZIs" are a deflection. It's about the snake and the encircling of Russia.
"NAZIs" is what Western Europe and the US would greatly benefit from. I mean NAZIs with guns shooting "refugees" before they cross the border and become unremovable.

And you know as well as anyone else that Kiev was never going to be hard hit because of its historical significance to Russia. Had they destroyed Kiev, Russians at home would have gone crazy. Come on man, you need to accept Russia is going to lose, its just that simple.

Meanwhile, I leave the US with two duffle bags full of high tech camo and other items that are too expensive to get or unable to get in Ukraine and Poland. The beauty of having some great retail outlets accepting cash in America.

Which is your army and why should we donate to your bank account rather than one of the official collections?

Russia is far richer than Ukraine

It's not about total sums but about the distribution... Ukraine had been making progress toward better distribution while Russia is becoming ever more stratified...

They were comparing median not average incomes.

It's also important to not pay too much attention when Russia talks about withdrawing... Russian talk of deescalation is usually a prelude for new attacks somewhere else. The Russian government is totally without honor and nothing it says should be believed without corroboration.

Kiev was never going to be hard hit because of its historical significance to Russia.

Absolutely and to their credit. No, Russians are not NAZIs or "barbarians" or we will dilute these words into nothing as we have already done with "racist".

Come on man, you need to accept Russia is going to lose, its just that simple.

I have come to that point before the war started. The way wars are waged lately, they all are unwinnable in the classical sense of 1945. Those days are gone because one sad girl shown to 7 billion people a dozen times can change the course of history. What we have now are police actions with lawyers directing the generals. That's why, like with any process with too many of them, it takes 20 years to get the verdict. See: Iraq and Afghanistan.

So, no disagreement here, either.

unable to get in Ukraine and Poland.

Don't be stupid. Stay home.

The Blitzkrieg didn't play out the way brave Russia planned. Did it?

Ukraine is by surface area the largest country in Europe, armed by the West for 8 years. Before the war they were officially the 3rd military force in Europe. Behind France and Russia itself.

@mafketis how do you think it is possible to win in 2 weeks and I do not even know if their goal is the whole of Ukraine (I hope it is but I'm afraid not)

With 3.5 million soldiers and a sea of tanks and planes, Hitler attacked the USSR by surprise, without declaring war, for which they were completely unprepared for and it took him 8 months to conquer all of Ukraine.
