Seeing the pictures that are coming out concerning the tortured and killed children should shock everyone. Imagine letting these Russians get away unpunished or without being completely defeated? Poland or any other country could be next. Any person who does not see that if Russia is not completely defeated now will likely become one of Russia's future victims.

The Russian mentality of people simply being meat is completely on display in Ukraine. Russian soldiers treat civilians like meat because the Russian soldiers themselves are just meat for Putin. I wonder what happens when the war is actually over. I wonder how many far left people will be screaming for sanctions to be lifted on Russia? Saying the war is over blah blah blah. Not until Putin is dead and Russia is completely crippled should anyone ever think of doing anything for them again. Simply disgusting cultural mentality.

That would surely bring a nuke down on Ukraine if they did it. I think everyone knows this. But I do think Ukraine needs to hit more targets inside Russia like they did last week in the gas storage facility.

In Krakow now, I can honestly say, the city is overflowing with Ukraine people. Walking around Rynek you will hear Ukrainian as much as you will hear Polish. Was told Warsaw is much the same. Soon, Poland wont have room for more and other countries will need to really step up. Embarrassed by the US accepting only a dozen people from Ukraine so far. Expected better.

Most regular posters here will know that I'm a Catholic but like most Irish Catholics I go to mass so seldom that I can hardly remember when we're supposed to kneel, stand etc. I've always been skeptical about things like divine apparitions and prophecies/revelations, but in recent weeks I find it hard to dismiss some of them. For many years I didn't believe in the existence of 'the Devil'. Now, I can't understand how I could have been so stupid as to dismiss the existence of Satan. He has unleashed his demons for the world to see. It's not the first time in history he's done it, but at this stage in man's development, it's far more significant than it was back in the Dark Ages. Back then, acts of barbarism and unspeakable cruelty were common everywhere. It seems to me that in the last six weeks Russia has turned the clock back centuries. They can no longer be accepted as part of modern civilisation.

A couple of weeks ago I wrote here about the vision of Pope Leo the twenty third around the turn of the nineteenth century. He heard the voice of Satan say that within a hundred years or so he would be able to accomplish his goals with the help of those who will give themselves in service to him. The Pope then saw a vision of all the demons of hell being released. When all seemed irrevocably lost, he saw Michael the Archangel (who is patron saint of Kyiv) materialize and drive them back down into hell. Pope Leo then composed the following prayer which I previously published on the forum:

"Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. I think we should be praying not only for Ukraine and it's people, but also for Russian soldiers so they would step away from the path of evil. Maybe thanks to this less civillians will suffer and die :(

The Russians are merely repeating what they did in WW2. They kill, rape and pillage. It is the Russian way in all things. If it is not locked down and can be moved, it will likely be gone, and if it has a hole it will probably be F'd. I didn't have much respect for Russians before based on my dealings with them, and now I have none. How many of those donated items do you think will actually be picked up by embassy staff? I bet at least a few when its late and no one is around to witness.

I'm choosing my side based on the evidence presented. Thousands of rapes, child rapes and murders have been reported by the Ukrainian civilians since the war began. Many of those eye witness accounts have been given with the names and locations of those brutalized by Russian invaders. Those Ukrainian people are not lying.

I have no double standards. If Ukrainian troops are committing crimes against Russian POWs while I understand it, it can't go unpunished. Soldiers must observe discipline or descend to the level of lynch mobs. However, as yet, it has not been confirmed that any crimes have been committed by the regular Ukrainian forces. It's possible that volunteer regiments or militia have been responsible for such acts and if so they should be tried and punished. The crimes of the Russian invaders have however been absolutely confirmed by the people who have witnessed them. I have no reason to disbelieve those people.

As for you being insane and evil, here's my reason for thinking so. There are only two possible reasons that you would side with the Russians, having seen and heard all the evidence against them.

Option One:

You are so deluded and detached from reality that you believe the Ukrainian people are lying about the murders, rapes, abduction and looting and you also believe that the Ukrainian military are bombing their own civilians in order to make Russia look bad. Those opinions would suggest you are not capable of rational thought and are therefore insane.

Option Two:

You believe what the Ukrainian people are saying, you know what the Russians are doing and you support it as a form of punishment and retribution against Ukrainians. That would confirm that you are evil.

In your posts, you seem to swither between the above two options. Therefore I can only conclude that you are both insane and evil.

He sees the world in black and white....pro-West or not, period! And an Ukraine wanting to become part of the West becomes the enemy, end of it (for him).

Thing is....when I read his posts I can't help thinking back on the mood in Germany after WWI....all that hurt, that humilation...becoming the pariah of the civilized world...these self-righteous punishments from the victors who never have been lily-white examples of humanity either....taking land away without the people living there getting a say in it....changing age-old borders....

There is a reason for the rise of a madman like Hitler....and the holocaust....Serbia will never have that kind of power (hence the bootlicking of Putin's Russia) but the feelings are the same I think....they want payback...they want revenge....they want back what they lost, righten what they perceive an enormous injustice.

Moving on from that takes generations....or in Germany's case another catastrophe! I have no idea how to change that....how to reason with Crow or a German from that era....other than to warn that it can get always worse!

In Bosnia Muslims repeatedly bombed their own civilians in order to attract media attention. Later, numerous figures from NATO confirmed its not Serbs to be blamed.

BUT, morons like Christiane Amanpour made their career out on anti-Serb propaganda, while in reality NATO was behind false reports. BUT, no matter, Serbia suffered because western Europe and papacy want to see us down, while USA followed.

So, I for sure won`t hurry with any conclusion, especially knowing that NATO and Azov nazis have bigger interest to kill civilians then Russia.
