I would probably say no Russian has the balls to publicly announce they have killed any NATO member citizens. Ukraine, in my opinion is really just needing some planes and their own bombs to end the Russian invasion completely.

Look for the EU to finally bite the bullet in the next week or two on Russian oil and gas. Spring is here, and there is about 8 months time to stockpile imported LNG and oil. Once an embargo on Russian fossil fuels is in place, it will take less than 30 days for Russia to be completely broken.
