No one did not transport anyone to Moscow. And no one could to go back yet, because the checkpoints are closed to departure from Russia, they work in one direction to receive refugees.

Refugees are mostly placed in temporary placement facilities near the border, in some cases it is covered and heated stadiums with hundreds of beds installed directly on the field. For people with diseases, rooms are found in motels and sanatoriums. It is not so easy to host tens of thousands of people that come suddenly, without preparations.
