Savages can not be controlled even when contained. This has been proven time and again. They must be caught, put on trial and killed. If they can not be caught, tried in absentia, and hunted down. This is the only way to deal with animals. Serial killers and rapist do not change and they can not be reformed. Death is the only solution for them.

I fully understand the skepticism. Personally, I'm kind of agnostic.... there are some features that are a bit... odd but there've been a lot of things that have panned out (partly).

Great look Maf. Russia is like Sears in the US was. For so long they were a giant. Years of neglect, and graft at the top left stores in complete disrepair, and lots of empty shelves. After trying to re-organize a few times under bankruptcy protection, they have finally given up. KMart, Sears, and a whole host of other companies have experienced this same problem when refusing to let go of the past. Past business beliefs are really no different than old political beliefs, and Russia is no different than Sears. Try as they might to hold on to the past, some giants are simply meant to die.
