Poland`s aid to Ukraine if Russia invades - part 2

Warmongers argue we must protect Ukraine because it's a "democracy"

Your first mistake is to say that Warmongers argue we must protect Ukraine because it is a democracy.
It is not Warmongers saying this.

Your second mistake is to say that Ukraine is not a democracy, well, maybe not by western standards, but compared to Russia? Eh?

Your third, last and most serious mistake is being a very stupid Russian troll.
Putin should execute you for incompitence.

And probably will, if he ever gets over his deadly illness....

If RuSSists resort to such specialised missiles to attack surface targets, it means they are really desperate

Because they know they can't take Odesa so they're sabre rattling.

Only two people wounded so their 'hypersonic' missiles can't be much good...

You are absolute scum

Spot on.

You should always remember past events when judging the current ones

True.
Think of all the past events and horrors that Russia have caused.

Russia has form here, I really cannot see why you can't understand this simple fact.
This is what Russia does.....always has done and probably always will, because these dumbf+++ers never learn.

"Democracy"...hahahahahaha...

I can remember as Göring, interested in Milch (semi-jew), in responce to comprometing dossier uttered a phrase that became an aphorism: "Who is a Jew here - in the Luftwaffe I decide".

So, someone in US, like Göring in third Reich, decide what is democracy and what is not. ;) Demos is not asked about anything at all in a process.

You are absolute scum.

Are you sure? Those from AFU who shelled Donetsk residental blocks today from a mortar and killed 16 yo boy and woman - not a scum, and someone who is just curious about Odessa - suddenly IS?

... German officials are quietly preparing for any sudden halt in Russian gas supplies with an emergency package that could include taking control of critical firms, three people familiar with the matter told Reuters.....

They didn`t react with glee when civilian targets were hit by accident.

Look, genius, American TV showing American bombs falling on Iraq never said, Oops, and this one fell on a school or a supermarket. Sorry.

According to American TV showing American bombs falling on Iraq, every single one landed with a 100% precision only on military targets and nowhere else...hahahahahahahahahahahaha...and everybody was amazed and happy.

...decide what is democracy and what is not.

I am so glad you brought this point up. Hey, PF experts on political systems...

What conditions a country must meet to be "democratic"? The top three will do fine:
1....
2....
3....

Please, no adjectives.

Pootin is running out of money.
Wars ain't cheap and things ain't going well for Russia.
As the war between Russia and Ukraine rages on, the Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia's military administration reported that nearly 20 Russian cars were shot by Russian soldiers to avoid going to the Ukrainian front.

No money, low of moral, and so many dead Russian soldiers

What conditions a country must meet to be "democratic"?

There is no pat answer that will satisfy you so why waste any time answering such Off-Topic nonsense for mere arguement.

If you don't know what makes a country a "democracy" why did you respond? The question was meant for those who use the term and know what they are talking about.

There is no pat answer that will satisfy you so why waste any time answering such Off-Topic nonsense for mere arguement.

The question is very much on-topic because the war is about preserving "democracy" in Ukraine. If Russia's plan was to bring a superior system to Ukraine, why fight? Duh! That is why we read a lot about how Ukrainians are fighting for "democracy". Duh!

It would be logical to assume that Russia, if victorious, would impose its own political system in Ukraine and similar to what they imposed in Crimea. Hence, it would make sense to compare the main aspects of both systems - Russian and Ukrainian - whatever they are called.

If that is too deep, I will happily explain things in greater detail using simpler words.

Finnish support for joining NATO has jumped to a record 76% in the latest poll as Russia's invasion of Ukraine pushes the non-aligned Nordic nation closer to the defense pact.

Hi, everyone! A real Russian from Ural here.

Hello! It probably isn't the best time to be a russian* on a Polish forum, but welcome anyway. :)

why we are ******* up the Ukrainian asses

This is what your army is doing quite literally unfortunately. All the cases of rape are, I believe, reported and investigated for later use in international war crime courts.

whether we hate Poles

We know you hate us - recent poll revealed that "75.5 percent of Russians approve of the idea of an armed invasion of another country, after Ukraine, and believe that this should be Poland".

rmx.news/russia/majority-of-russians-would-support-the-invasion-of-poland-according-to-ukrainian-poll/

By the way, love Polish culture, music and cities' architecture.

So, I can assume you are in the other 24.5%, or am I being too hasty in my assumptions? :)

Ask me anything you want

I will take you up on this offer, Yaro. So...

1. Is there any chance russia will one day concentrate on her own territory (you have 17 million square kilometres and enough work to do there for a 1000 years or more) without invading her neighbours?

2. What is the response of russian society to the complete and utter fiasco of your invasion of Ukraine? Do people really believe the government media lies or do they realise the extent of losses of the russian army but are too scared to protest on a larger scale?

3. You say you love Polish culture, which is extremely rare in a russian; how can you reconcile that with your country's open anti-polonism? Russian government ideologists, like Dugin for example, refuse Poland the very right of independent existence, and even some plastic russians here rave about Poland not deserving her own statehood. Loving Polish culture as a citizen of russia seems similar to loving Jewish culture as a citizen of nazi Germany - an untypical and dangerous thing.

* - in case you're wondering, since the invasion of Ukraine I introduced my private sanction on capital letters in words russia and russians; it will be lifted only when occupying forces withdraw from Ukraine;

Please cut down on the number of quotes in your posts

@GefreiterKania
Speaking of sanctions, and I respect yours, Russia's two tank manufacturing companies are sitting idle and have been for a while. They can not build more tanks because they can not get more parts from outside of Russia. This is a result of the sanctions against the turd world country. Very few tanks at the May 9th parade, and more being destroyed in Ukraine every day.

I will be opening a recycling plant in Ukraine in the fall. Lots of steel and brass to be recycled. Steel from Russian tanks, and brass from all the shell casings that sent Russian rapists to their graves. Remember to recycle. Happy gulag biatches.

"impotent rage" stages

Russia has been stuck there since 1991.... (well alternating between that and total apathy).

Most of the republics couldn't wait to get out of the cursed USSR but it suited Russian preferences pretty closely so they're upset at losing it....

Russia doesn't have the currently available manpower to complete this war successfully without a mobilization

And yet are not volunteering themselves....

preserving "democracy" in Ukraine.

There are several categories of democracy and there only a handful of true democracies in the world. Ukraine is not one of them. Neither is Russia. Neither is the USA.

it would make sense to compare the main aspects of both systems - Russian and Ukrainian

Russia is an authoritarian state. Ukraine is very much a fledgling democracy and it has aspects of both democratic and authoritarian systems.

Any country that is struggling to establish a more democratic basis for their society should be helped by other democracies. It doesn't help them to be invaded by an authoritarian regime.

The only reason I'm bothering to answer your question is because there are so many people, especially young people, genuinely seeking the answers to those questions, and stumbling across all sorts of rubbish on the internet. It's important to put something sensible out there.

Ask me anything you want form why we are ******* up the Ukrainian asses

We don`t need to ask anything coz we know it already. RuSSists are Mongol hordes from Asia who want to conquer Europe, like in the past. Simple. They were repelled in the past, so will they be now. Stay where you belong, in Asia.

jon357
10 May 2022  #1486

Russia has been stuck there since 1991

And invaded something like 50 times over the centuries. This only adds to their paranoia.

There are several categories of democracy

To say the least. I doubt any country could be called "true" democracy,if that can even be defined.

Pootin is running out of money.
Wars ain't cheap and things ain't going well for Russia.

His war chest is basically spent.

Just like Iraq and Libya? No, no, please... Fcuk you very much...

I doubt any country could be called "true" democracy,if that can even be defined.

None, after ancient polices, where you have to be free resident of city, and come with your arms and ammunition which you will use to protect your city, to get right to vote.

I doubt any country could be called "true" democracy,if that can even be defined.

To get a change at the top regularly, to be asked for your opinion every few years and no fear to speak your mind shouldn't be taken for granted though....

The fear of someone come knocking at your door and you getting no say innit but a ride to a gulag, if not a shot to the head, if you are not brown nosing the oh so wise ruler enough, is alot worse!

For me democracy is the absence of that thick grey cloud of fear and hopelessness which is suffocating the human spirit...some more, some less...and some it's killing!

Does that mean a democratic state is perfect? Without flaws? Of course not...but life is just better if you can breath freely! That's why so many people stand in queues to get into one of our countries....

jon357
10 May 2022  #1489

Just like Iraq and Libya

No. Like Ukraine, which russia is illegally invading (and losing to) right now. Any comparisons are irrelevant.

Looking at this morning's news, it gets worse for russia every day. There are reports that their 'media' are preparing the public there for news of their defeat.

twitter.com/EuromaidanPress/status/1523927257336762373

There is also likely to be discussion about whether or not there are kill switches in weaponry supplied to russia that the manufacturers have shamefully stayed silent on to protect their commercial interests.

10 May 2022  #1490

Just like Iraq and Libya?

No. More like Poland which got a lot of help in reforming itself.

None

Actually there are a few. There are about 20 'true' democracies in the world. Most countries in the EU are broadly democratic.

No, no, please... Fcuk you very much...

That may be your view but Ukraine has the right to make that decision for themselves. It's not your right to make that choice on their behalf.

At least on that front Germans can be proud:

Germans donate record amount to Ukraine

spiegel.de/wirtschaft/soziales/krieg-in-der-ukraine-deutsche-spenden-rekordsumme-fuer-die-ukraine-a-11a542a0-0055-4b4b-90ed-3db7c5e7c596

The willingness of German citizens to donate to Ukraine is great. By the end of April alone, 752 million euros had been raised - more than after the flood disaster in Germany.

By the end of April, Germany at least 752 million euros had been donated to people in and from Ukraine . This means that the collection of donations, which is still ongoing, already has the highest volume of donations for a single catastrophe in the history of the Federal Republic .

This is the result of a survey by SPIEGEL based on a survey by the German Central Institute for Social Issues (DZI). The previous donation record was 670 million euros for the tsunami victims in Southeast Asia 2004, followed by 631 million euros for help with the flood disaster in Germany last year.

Anyone would think the thread was about another country and not Ukraine.

On a day where the head of VW has disgraced himself yet again, and the day after Ukrainian flags were pulled down by police in a certain capital while orc flags flew proudly.

To get the subject back to the actual Ukraine-Russia war and its belligerents, there are apparently 100 civilians still shelter ing in Mariupol. The orcs are shelling them viciously however neither they nor the defenders are giving in at all. We should commend their bravery.

And Ukraine has destroyed a bridge neat Severodonetsk. The orcs apparently fled back by swimming across the river. Hopefully some drowned.

while orc flags flew proudly

Did this happen in Hungary?

jon357
10 May 2022  #1494

Who knows? They are a shamed irrelevance.

Meanwhile, the fires in Siberia are out of hand and are crossing the Urals into Europe. Last time the orcs had support from Polish firefighters. Now they obviously do not.
