Are you sure it was UKr artillary in the video ?
Now correct me if I am wrong but the way I read it was that the United States of America provided Ukraine with the 'artillary' (M777's) and that the British-sent counter-battery radar will ' which will work together with the American howitzers to completely erode Russian advantage.

In the video I saw the Russian troops abandoned their equipment and fled after an artillery strike devastated their hidden position.
Let me quote the article that I read:
"Video of the purported attack shows Russian troops and armor dug into what looks to be a natural escarpment in the landscape.
But within a few minutes, the position is turned to smoke and fire as the Russian troops abandon their military hardware to escape the bombardment.

Who is a foreign volunteer is self-evident. Who is a war criminal is not.

Dead babies could be used to prove Ukrainian criminality by converting civilian objects into military targets. On top of that, Ukraine admitted it has no evidence that Russia deliberately killed their kids - as opposed to the US and the Brits burning them alive in Dresden, for example. Not that there was anything wrong with that. Or with Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
