I think it is a warning - if RuSSists damage the nuclear plant in Ukraine which they have been shelling for a few days now, the so called Ukrainian sabotage groups will gravely attack RuSSist critical infrastructure.

What do you think? Is it hard for Ukrainian sabotage groups to cross the border into RuSSia? I don`t think so. They can do it in two ways: either through unguarded area or officially through a border checkpoint where they pay a bribe to guards to let them go. How much do you think they should pay?
