I actually had seen this girl's videos before. She's quite charming. What I can say, is that Russians from the Far East have always moved to their own beat. Not saying she's representative of everyone in Vladivostok, or wherever she's from out there - but they are known to have an independent streak. Makes sense, when you consider that Darwin, Australia is closer to them than is Moscow. Eight time zones, and 7,000+ kilometers away - Ukraine may not be front of mind for them.

Has been sanctioned to oblivion;
Has trashed the Russian economy;
Has destroyed the Russian standard of living;
Has prevented most Russians from travelling;
Has added two further countries to NATO, increasing his land border with NATO by 100s of miles.

Other than that, so far, so good.

And russia has less... international prestige than any time in my life.
