Today Polish government decided to (finally!) seize Gazprom assets in Poland, including 48% share in EuRoPol Gaz, a company governing Jamał-Europe pipeline going through our country.

Earlier the assets were merely frozen which paralyzed decision-making in EuRoPol Gaz. Now Poland will be making all the decisions.

Interestingly enough though, the UN is now reporting that both Russia and Ukraine have tortured POW's. Balanced investigating I would say. Anyone guilty of war crimes on either side should be held accountable. For rape and murder I like a public hanging or stoning. For lesser crimes perhaps an equal amount of torture provided by the victim as payback? Lets vote on this since we are so democratic.

The recent Russian attacks against Ukrainian civilian targets give Poland a very good opportunity to break all relations with the putinist regime.

There is no justification of upkeeping normal diplomatic ties with a terrorist country.

Poland has just been hit by Russian missiles near the border of Ukraine. At least two dead on a farm in Poland. The defense council has been called in immediately for a meeting. This could be the moment things change. There has to be a response even for some so called accident. Crimea should be flattened.

...the question will probably become if that will be judged as an attack, and then it becomes a case for NATO article 5, or if it will be seen as an "accident"....but how they plan to sell that to the public remains to be seen.

Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the RuSSian ambassador for an explanation. Poland is considering invoking NATO's Article 4.


It would have to be a planned attack by RuSSia and not accidental. Noone will go to war over one missile. It may get "interesting" though if there will be more such "accidents".

Nothing can be ruled out at the moment: Russian accidental attack, Russian purposeful attack (testing NATO), Ukrainian accidental attack (air defence gone wrong), Ukrainian purposeful attack (attempt to draw NATO into escalated conflict). At the moment we just don't know.

If published photos of debris is really from the scene, it is shards of engine, belonging to one of S-300 missiles (most likely 5V55). Depending of modification, flight radius may be 47 - 150 km. Draw 200 km circle on the map, just to be sure, and look by own eyes where the launcher might be located...
