Poland`s aid to Ukraine if Russia invades - part 5

Novichok

You, Germans, could become heroes of the new era for the coming decad

A hero is a person who takes risks to defend his wife and kids, not a scumbag who supplies tools of death to quarreling neighbors who were ready to talk in April a year ago but were not allowed by the 'hood pimp.

A hero is a person who takes risks to defend his wife and kids

Yes, exactly, Ukrainians come to mind - they are the greatest heroes now.

But there are smaller heroes - those who provide help to biggest heroes.

who were ready to talk in April

Stop lying. Nobody was ready to talk and still isn`t.

It was preventable.

Sure. If only Russia had concentrated on the 17 f*cking million of square motherf*cking kilometres of their own territory and kept away from other countries' land. It was totally preventable.

Every country has the right to elect any government they want and join any alliance they want. Recently I read that Russians are threatening Moldova because of their pro-Western stance and the EU aspirations. WTF? Bullying a tiny nation like Moldova just for their attempt to create better future for their children? The admiration (sort of) that I've had for Russia is diminishing ever so slightly each day. I don't even feel like reading "Myśl Polska" anymore... f*ck it. All help for Ukraine now. And if this war proves anything, it is that Poland has to acquire nuclear weapons ASAP. If we are to be destroyed, we should be able to make Russia pay dearly for their "victory". We have brilliant engineers and scientists and enough money to get the number of nukes that would make attacking us unprofitable or at least get a proper revenge.

relieving Germans of their Adolf-shaped shadow

Well, all it takes is for Russia to use even a single nuke (they would be the first country in the history of mankind to use a nuclear weapon in an aggressive war that they started) and your Adolf with his ilk will be remembered by the world as a bunch of cabaret villains in comparison. Is it fair or historically accurate? Certainly not, but that's how collective conscience works.

.....a thought springs to mind.....when Putin is trying to relive WWII to bring back the glory days Germany could do, just to bury this time for good....

One of us comes out of this war with a remade image in the worlds eyes! (No nukes necessary)

Ukrainians come to mind - they are the greatest heroes now.

BS. Putin and Russia never tried to kill Ukrainians. In fact, they did their damnest to avoid civilian casualties and that why they were so few. I even asked if they are so bad why are they so incompetent killing moms and kids. The idiots here promptly told me that Russian are both "barbarians" and "incompetent". Sure...

Poland has to acquire nuclear weapons ASAP

This would be a welcome distraction maneuver by our Polish brothers. While Scholz, Biden, Macron focus on sanctioning Poland to smithereens, so that it becomes a European North Korea/Iran, Russia will simultaneously change tack and rejoin the international community by condemning in the starkest possible terms, Poland's very irresponsible actions.

Taking a hit for your brother, what could be more pure. Also, how devilishly clever. If you think Israel is paranoid about a nuclear Iran, can you imagine what kind of bricks a German chancellor is laying in his pantalones when he imagines a Kaczynski with ICBMs? Even in Moscow, this would give serious gastrointestinal issues to residents.

Every country has the right to elect any government they want

Russians elected theirs and Putin's approval rate is twice that of Biden. Now what?
The 2014 "revolution" is not how you elect governments.
BTW, your Civics 101 grade must have been very high.

Even in Moscow, this would give serious gastrointestinal issues to residents.

They still remember the criminal level of Polish stupidity as it was on display in August 1944.

GefreiterKania

While Scholz, Biden, Macron focus on sanctioning Poland

Why would they sanction us? We would first leave the nuclear non-proliferation treaty, in order not to break it, so there would be no reason for sanctions.

Even in Moscow, this would give serious gastrointestinal issues to residents.

That's the general idea behind the concept.

The 2014 "revolution" is not how you elect governments.

The Solidarity revolution wasn't either. So what? If the government is corrupt, people have full right to kick it out - that's the demos part in democracy.

no proof that this 15-20% "control the street" in Lviv and other parts of Galicia.

They "controlled the streets" in Crimea in 1990's and in Kiev in 2014. Just groups of strong young guys, in a similar sport clothes, coming on a "train of friendship" or on group of buses rented by someone without problems with funding.

Bobko
3 Feb 2023  #250

Why would they sanction us?

You think you are the first who came up with the genius idea of "we will leave the NPT before developing nukes - problem solved"? The other nuclear powers don't seem to look kindly upon this brilliant loophole you have identified.

Also, what will you call your missile? Russia has already taken the name "Sarmat" for one of its missiles, so tough luck. However, you can still take "Magnat" - sounds cool, and jives with your history. Alternatively, call it "Szczęście", to delay communication between enemy early warning command centers, and as a symbol of the joy it brings to Chairman Kaczynski.

If only Russia had concentrated on the 17 f*cking million of square motherf*cking kilometres of their own territory

Russia is concentrated on their own territory, of course. And if some neighbours trying to sell their territory to a third party to build objects representing constant threat to Russian territory, it will be not left unpunished. As you can see, business on selling Russophobia starting to become econoimically disastrous, both to seller and buyer.

Russophobia

I have been born in Poland and have lived here for the most of my life. I am yet to meet a single Russophobe - either online or in the real life.

Kashub1410
3 Feb 2023  #253

@GefreiterKania
There are more Russophobes in Norway then in Poland to be honest, Norway haven't been much in the attention span of Russians, and Russians are happy that Norwegians haven't been invading Russia much. Yet most Norwegians consider Russia as a geostrategical threat, which is far more in the realm of phobia considering how much Norway has been invaded by Russia compared to how much Russia has invaded/attacked Poland.

So Yeah, any claims of Russophobia falls on deaf ears in Poland. Just like calling americans stupid and naive for being duped in to wanting freedom.

Even if you could argue for it, it would most likely met with rolling eyes

I am yet to meet a single Russophobe

You don't have to be a pig to sell pork. You don't have to be Russophobic to peddle russophobia, as the practice of the three attempts at Polish statehood has shown, you just have to be Anglophile, have the right connections on the island, and funded request for this agenda. ;)

with a remade image in the worlds eyes!

Certainly one thing to loolk forward to. As tragic as it otherwise may be, each day of warfare buries WWII more and more in the collective memory. Not to mention all the future novels, documentations et al. about the conflict or inspired by it.

On a ironic note Putin is known to be bitter about the perceived lack of respect in the West fir Russia's contribution in the defeat of Nazi-Germany. From now on historians and public depictions will take greater care in highlighting the role played by Ukrainians and other subjugated people within the SU.

Tacitus

Sure. Bit this war is also a reminder that Germans can be a force for good too.

Thank you great leader Putin!

Truly ironic....and abit sad too for all who have a sympathy for Russia!

@Bobko
"We"? Who TF are you saying "we"? You are just some low life POS hiding in the US behind the protections your enemy affords you. You are a coward. I will be in NYC area in a couple weeks maybe we should meet for a friendly beer.

You do know that SAAB in Sweden makes these bombs as well and it is not just a US production line right? Who knows haw many Sweden has in existing stock and who knows how many will make it out of existing US stockpiles. Yes, I know these are production contracts, but I would bet, that production began weeks ago. As soon as more Orcs are bleeding out long distance we will know.

why are they so incompetent killing moms and kids.

You made a punctuation mistake - no comma after incompetent.

So, again

why are they so incompetent, killing moms and kids

Why? Because they don`t care about moms or kids.

Your statement

Putin and Russia never tried to kill Ukrainians.

is a lie.

😭 :crybaby

Many terrible videos from the forests West of Kreminna. Looks like Russian counter-counteroffensive there is speeding up. Chance of Ukraine liberating the city within the next month is down to almost zero. The momentum turned around again. Hope, mbt and ifv won't arrive too late.

twitter.com/JulianRoepcke/status/1621448472388898821

Yes, mister Julian. I barely managed to bring myself to watch only a few of them and what I saw was truly terrifying.

PolAmKrakow
3 Feb 2023  #263

@Crnogorac3
You know what else is in the Ukraine forests west of Kreminna? The best little Serbian strip club in Ukraine. Speaking of Serbia, latest news out of Serbia is that the government has offered to supply former Serb fighters for demining operations in Ukraine. Imagine, all those that didnt get whacked by NATO now getting whacked by Russia on behalf of NATO.

In more uplifting news. More than 1000 Orcs were turned into dog food yesterday. When walking down the street, one Ukraine soldier said "holy fvck that dog is as big as a bear". Nothing like good eating to save the local population. Happy gulag biatches!

You posting the pro Orc video channel was a really stupid idea.

But posting pro Z is not. Right?

is a lie.

I will bellyache with you when the number of dead civilians in U will exceed the number of dead civilians in K, V, I, and A. Let me know when that happens.

pawian
3 Feb 2023  #265

the number of dead civilians

There are thousands of them in Ukraine already. Every day Russians shell civilian quarters to terrorise ordinary Ukrainians and discourage them from supporting their country`s heroic war effort.

Russians are really crazy if they think such NAZI like methods will bring effects. Yes, they will , namely - Ukrainian and European hatred towards Russia for decades.

Tacitus
3 Feb 2023  #266

collective consciouness as Napoleon

That too. Soon the WWII generation will be gone to be replaces by one that has grown up witnessing Russian crimes in Ukraine. Hollywood will have a field day with this war. Glorifying the Ukrainian resistance against overwhelming odds, idolizing Zelensky as a second Churchill (and of course underlining crucial American support with an eye on domestic audiences). As a side note, Zelensky (whom hardly anyone in the West knew before) becoming one of the most famous politicians in the world may be the biggest indications on how badly Russia lost the PR battle.

that are not a threat to you i

Never mind that Russia winning in Ukraine would put it into a position to threaten other countries allied to us. Supporting the victim of agression is always the morally right thing to do. Fortunately for Ukraine, it is not only morally right but also feasible and in our interest to do so, hence they'll support while other victims do not.

Tacitus

Another interesting yet concerning development. There are apparantly now problems in getting enough Leopards for the two planned battailons, particulary the one with Leopard 2A6 because many countries have yet to make binding commitments. Or as observed in Berlin, countries that were vocal in criticising Scholz like Finland and the Netherlands have indicated that they may not send tanks after all. No country except Germany has so far shown readiness to provide spair parts for maintenance.

spiegel.de/politik/deutschland/waffenhilfe-fuer-die-ukraine-kanzler-olaf-scholz-redet-den-panzer-partnern-ins-gewissen-a-9a1da89b-0b76-4c2d-a93a-d7116dca071f

Not exactly a good start. And I really dont want to see Scholz receiving vindication for his stance.

Bratwurst Boy
3 Feb 2023  #268

....hence the decisions to send the Leo 1's as alternative?

As with Norway today, it will be easier to send them when they get Leo 2's in return....there should be alot of them more easily battle ready (after abit of polishing).

Not a bad baby at all!

military-today.com/tanks/leopard.htm

Tacitus
3 Feb 2023  #269

Those new Leos will only arrive in 2026.
The article states that maybe Germany and Sweden can send some A5s instead but that is far from ideal.

Bit again, if those stories are true than they will likely confirm Scholz in his stubborness.

Putin and Russia never tried to kill Ukrainians.

Russians got captured on film shooting at civilian vehicles in the first days of the war.
