As far as I know, Lukashenka has already not only taken down AK fighters memorials (but also bulldozed graveyards in similar fashion like in the Katyń movie).

So what you trying to point out? That Putin is delayed in his plans? I don't think anybody in Poland is expecting Putin to have a sudden change of heart and stop taking down places like that. Not to mention Katyń was a much larger Russian tragedy (numerically) then to Poland. But, hey! Putin is a Soviet, so what do you expect.
