Poland`s aid to Ukraine if Russia invades - part 7

Now explain how any of that relates to weakening China by bleeding Russia dry

Umm O.k let me pretend you are a retard and explain it to you slowly. Russia and China are in a alliance.

I would even go a step further and see Russia as a vassall....not really an ally (that implies a kind of equality)!

Hint: Russia wants India to pay now in Yuan.....

bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-10-20/india-pushes-back-against-russia-demands-to-pay-for-oil-in-yuan

Did not western economics, technological advances, and Judeo-Christian moral principles and view of human person have an effect?

Of course they had.

Another theory of mine....that part of the world where people flee to, immigrate to, want to live in will always be the winner!

Okay....semantics

Not only that, life in the East was getting worse and worse until the East fell apart by itself, like the Wawel dragon after a barrel of sulfur. The number of tanks or planes the West had didn't matter in the end.

Thanks.

Russia and China are in alliance. OK, got it.

Question: being a retard, am I allowed to ask questions or do I just listen to your erudite (I don't know what that word means) instruction?

The number of tanks or planes the West had didn't matter in the end.

I would add: The number of tanks or planes the East had didn't matter in the end.

And that's how this new Cold War will go to....no matter if 70% of the world support Hamas or are ambivalent...or even if they have nukes, and economic influence....it doesn't matter at all, they will lose again!

AntV
24 Oct 2023  #3576

@Alien

But, wasn't the number of tanks and planes a part of what caused the Soviet system to fail? It just couldn't keep up with the pressures the West was putting on it? It didn't have the economic breadth and flexibility to match the American arms buildup.

am I allowed to ask questions or do I

Do whateva the F u like. (no mods here).

Russia as a vassall....not really an ally

Of course. But that dosn't mean they won't back their vassal up if they facing certain defeat. That's the whole USA strategy, don't get china involved..

@Bratwurst Boy

I'm not on board with your CWII theory yet. How will the new western adversaries lose in the end?

PolAmKrakow

@AntV
Agree there wasnt an official state of Palestine. The region though was peaceful for the most part under the UK mandate. The problem really is the very foundation of Israel as Palestine sees it. And the problem is that the US thinks it needs to be involved when it doesnt.

I think a lot of people really dont understand how close we are to WW3. And the middle east situation as Iran gets drug in, and Syrian nutcases start fighting make it a lot more dangerous than Ukraine in my opinion. Putin will be killing and Ukraine will be killing, but no one is dumb enough to start a world war out of Ukraine at this point. The middle east is nut case roulette, and the west shouldnt be playing.

Cool. So, my question is how is China and Russia allied and what is the purpose of this alliance? Remember, I'm retarded so please go slow.

Alien

It certainly was so, but theoretically the East could not have fallen apart, but reformed and become a power like China today, but it did not happen.

Bratwurst Boy

How will the new western adversaries lose in the end?

Not much differently to the original one....it will take decades....there will be proxy wars....but mainly the people losing trust and patience in their leaders. Movements as in Iran...muslims turning away from their religious nutters....the whole Islam needs a modernization....that in hand with technology destroying Hamas and others...there will be many battles fought, some more bloody than others (just think about the upcoming Taiwan crisis)...like during the original one!

It will also lead to a rebirth of the West....the return to our old values and strengths, all that what got forgotten abit during our time fumbling around as the lone victor!

We also need a strong, clear enemy to be truly our best! *shrugs*

There was no state of Palestine, like Maf pointed out

Israelis have been using this argument to shut up every malcontent over the past 80 years. It sounds like a reasonable argument to the uninitiated, but falls apart under closer inspection.

Countries like Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and the UAE also did not exist until very recently. Now, entire coalitions are rapidly assembled to free them, if a bigger neighbor like Iraq invades.

Ukraine was part of Russia for 1,000+ years, did not have a language, religion, or any semblance of culture of its own - but now we will fight to the death to preserve their right for self determination.

By Ukrainian/Kuwaiti standards - Palestine is 10,000X the country those were. Ukrainians protect their independence with weapons in hand, and therefore they deserve our sympathy? Palestinians walk up to a fence with remote controlled machine guns, and throw rocks... How about that?

If Ukraine is a real place, then Palestine might as well be a founding member of the UN.

how is China and Russia allied and what is the purpose of this alliance?

They are very deeply aligned and the purpose is to disrupt the western based system that has been in operation since ww2. (IMF, World Bank, NATO, SWIFT, BIS, etc)

🇷🇺 The Russian flag was hoisted over a strategic height near Avdeevka at the coke-chemical plant, the Telegram channel of the 114th separate guards motorized rifle brigade of the Russian Armed Forces reported.

This Avdeevka is a finished thing, but how is the tenth line breaking with Robotino/Verbove going? Are there any living attackers there?

And now that the wet season is officially here, things are going to slow down a bunch for Ukraine for at least the next six weeks. Until the ground is frozen, there wont be much that can be done. Maybe this slowdown is best considering no new funding is on the way.

Maybe this slowdown is best considering no new funding is on the way.

Somebody forgot to tell the Russian army that fighting in wet or frigid conditions is not advisable.

Two Russian offensives are active at the moment. One on the Kupyansk direction, and the other is an attempt to effect an encirclement of Avdeevka.

The Ukrainians are starting to sing the same song they sang during Lisichansk, Severodonetsk, and Bakhmut. It goes something like this:

1) The Russians are unsuccessfully throwing waves of meat at our fortified positions. Each attack has been effectively repelled. We won't surrender a single inch of Ukrainian land to the Russian aggressor. SLAVA UKRAINI!!!

2) The Russians are losing so many people attacking our position! We are bleeding their army dry. The forces opposite us have lost all offensive potential.

3) Under relentless pressure, our forces have retreated to more advantageous positions on elevated ground. The situation is fully under control.

4) Ground lines of communication are in desperate peril. Movement of forces into Avdeevka, and evacuation of wounded is becoming more difficult by the day. We are sending an urgent plea for help to our North Atlantic partners - Ukraine requires new means of countering the Russian onslaught.

5) Our forces have executed a masterful retreat from besieged Avdeevka. The Russians have lost tens of thousands of men, in exchange for a tiny slice of territory. This attritional model was envisaged by the brilliant General Zaluzhny, under the wise supervision of Generalissimus Zelensky.

6) Send more help. Please.

6) Send more help. Please.

The only problem - Gaza borders is closed now, so monetizing of good share of received military hardware will take a bit more time. ;)

@Velund

I was just looking at a map prepared by a pro-Ukrainian source. Since the beginning of the Ukrainian offensive in early June - Russia has taken more land than Ukraine. They took some dozens of square kilometers around Robotyno and Vremyevka, and we took some dozens of square kilometers around Kupyansk. Except... on the balance - we took more.

Some counter-offensive those Hohols staged! Seems that it works well, only in reverse. The accompanying piece of text, tried to make it as if the Ukrainian advances are still more meaningful, because it's in a direction of cutting the Russian territory in two. Well... ok!

If Russia successfully encircles Avdeevka, this would mean Russia took a city of 30,000 that also doubles as a strategically important logistical hub.

Ukraine has struggled to take Rabotyno - a village of 500 people - since June.

Compare and contrast, boys and girls.

Bobko and Velund, take the circle jerk someplace else. Educated people reading multiple sources know the bull$hit Russian propaganda and the bull$hit CNBC propaganda. Neither tell the whole story. Russians are getting killed or wounded in higher numbers than Ukraine. Russia can afford this based on population. Ukraine is running low on ammo due to slow western deliveries. The US just elected a new speaker who absolutely favors more oversight on money going to Ukraine and that is going to be a problem for Ukraine. The same speaker favors sending money to Israel, so looking like a priority switch is coming.

Russia has not take more land. They have lost land and are now losing more. They have been in a defensive posture for months. Now they received help from Kim Jung Fvckwad in NK because Russia needed help from a $hithole like NK. That says everything. That said, time is ticking away for Ukraine.

pawian
25 Oct 2023  #3595

Except... on the balance - we took more.

Yes, the Russian society and economy definitely took more blows from sanctions than anybody else in history. And you will take even more if you wage your dirty war. I can`t wait. Ha!

If Russia successfully encircles Avdeevka,

If if if. Russian regime military and propagandists also tried to guess what if they took Kyiv in 3 days. And??? How did it end? Russians had to run with the tails between their legs.

That said, time is ticking away for Ukraine.

If they suspend their offensive and focus on defence, Russians will be helpless.

ussians are getting killed or wounded in higher numbers than Ukraine

russia is a death culture, no one cares about soldiers getting killed, even their families.... russians would rather die in Ukraine (or send their sons to be killed) than protest...

they're destroying a generation (and have chased off a lot that have 3 digit IQs for what?

how will this make anyone's life (apart from the Tsar's) better?

Oh, I forgot russians don't understand concepts like 'rights' and 'dignity' they're too busy worshipping putain.....

sad pathetic country, capable only of destruction... no wonder the world despises them (except for some fellow third world sh|tholes)....

Germany's ex-leader says the US stopped Ukraine from signing a peace deal last year - why did Biden want the war to continue?
Gerhard Schroeder's revelations about why negotiations broke down last spring are even more depressing than you might think

Even more depressing are Russia-hating, all-knowing morons roaming loose on PF.

In a much-cited interview, ex-German chancellor Gerhard Schroeder has stated that a compromise peace to end the war in Ukraine was well within reach when negotiators met in Istanbul last spring. This deal would have meant an end to NATO's long march east, Ukrainian neutrality, international security guarantees, and domestic arrangements to reintegrate the separatist territories in the Donbass.

...but, of course, Russia-hating, war-loving PF morons know better...

Readers' comments to go with #3600 above:

Tragically for Ukraine, it was a proxy that was deemed too valuable to be allowed to retire.

When is the world going to get it? America will always be at WAR, It cannot survive without war. It has now found suckers in fighting its WARS.

Our American foreign policy is in the hands of neocons also known as JEWS who hate Russia & Slavic people in general. Time to get them out of Washington & ship them all to Israel.

Rich, several countries bordering Russia have been so inspired by the profitability of the russophobic crap export trade that they have made it a separate "industry". Except that they neglected to figure out how much it would cost to dispose of the toxic waste from the large tonnage production of russophobia for export. ;) So far, waste is accumulating, but sooner or later they will have to pay for the disposal, and it will be impossible to dodge.

Concerning local morons - they don't yet thinked about karma... ;)

@Novichok
Have to agree that this agreement was probably well within reach and the US talked Ukraine into walking away. I dont think anyone disputes that this has been a proxy war from beginning to end. The US needed it for a multitude of reasons. Primarily for the MIC and the economic impact, and secondarily to distract Americans from what is going on at home. The problem for Biden now is the problems at home are so far out of control he now had to put forth a 50 billion spending package to help those problems.

Still though, more Russians than Ukrainians getting killed and wounded. Little Vlad back to recruiting from prisons and ethnic asian areas. New speaker of the US house is going to have a big say on continued funding of this war.
