The Ministry of Defense has issued amendments to the official list of medical conditions, which grant exemption from conscription. The comments under the article are... not good.

These ailments will no longer provide exemption:
1) - clinically cured tuberculosis;
2) - viral hepatitis with minor dysfunction;
3) - asymptomatic carriage of HIV;
4) - slowly progressive and non-progressive with minor dysfunctions and rare exacerbations of diseases of the blood and hematopoietic organs, some disorders involving the immune mechanism
5) - diseases of the endocrine system with minor dysfunctions;
6) - mild short-term painful manifestations of mental disorders;
7) - neurotic, stress-related and somatoform disorders with moderate, short-term manifestations, with an asthenic condition;
8) - slowly progressive diseases of the central nervous system with minor dysfunctions;
9) - episodic and paroxysmal disorders, except for epilepsy, with minor dysfunctions of organs and systems.
Some further news, is that a draft law has been registered in the Rada, which cancels exemptions from service for men over 30 pursuing a second degree, graduate degree, or higher. The government hopes this will make an additional 60,000 men available for conscription (just during this year). The comments under the article are... also not good.

After catching people in the street, and entering people's households under false pretenses - the reserves of available manpower inexplicably continue to drop.
P.S. - Another piece of news, came from the leader of Zelensky's party - Arakhamia. He said, Ukraine will begin to seek the extradition of 1.5M Ukrainian men that have been living abroad since the war began. He commented, that before this wouldn't have been possible, but now Ukraine enjoys such a reputation with Western allies - that it is a near certainty that the extradition requests will be honored.
