I think nuking enemy decision making centers lessen it even more

I dunno if NATO needs to nuke Moscow..... yet......

I think US is not yet ready to test if "Perimeter" system really working as advertised. Europeans in not in a position to have their own opinion - EU "elites" is bought by US deep state completely. So, ukrainians by order from other side of the pond die to weaken Russia and try to cause internal unrest. Stupid m0r0ns (both of them)... ;)

Let's nuke each other, so countries like Mexico and Ukraine can finally have some breathing space. I'm sure the whole world is already getting tired, at this point, of America's and Russia's antics.

Will they, won't they... Is the nuclear armageddon happening today, or is it scheduled for tomorrow? This is no way to live...

Horrible end is better than endless horror

Truly.

Some people have argued, that the competition between the USSR/Russia and the United States, was like the competition between Sparta and Athens. We all know how that ended... with both reduced to insignificant villages by the time the Romans rolled into town.

I think, the more apt comparison might be the competition between the Byzantine Empire and Sassanid Persia. The two spent countless treasure on fighting each other, only to be brought to their knees by the Arabs, who seemingly came out of nowhere.

This conflict has that same feeling about it - of being the last global war that is fought over white people's internal drama. Indians, Chinese, Africans, and South Americans are watching curiously, and also thankful that at least this time around they have managed to resist making it "their problem" as well.

Or maybe.... hear me out.... just maybe..... stop being violent narcissistic psychopaths that invade other countries??

I know, I know.... it's hard..... but eventually you'll feel better.

stop being violent narcissistic psychopaths that invade other countries??

Stop being brainless m0r0ns that is ready to give last euro to a grandsons of butchers of your own people that currently try to perform ethnic cleanising of freshly (relatively) acquired lands, bit something went wrong with that...

stop being violent narcissistic psychopaths that invade other countries?

Oh, but if we pull out of Ukraine that will make your Western chests puff up even larger - will it not? You'll crow from every window and door, that "we taught those Russians a lesson they won't soon forget!". It'll be back to the "rules based international order", for everyone. The shameful pullouts from Afghanistan and Iraq a distant memory, the sheet wiped clean by your stupendous victory over the cunning Russians.

No, we can't have that. Pity Ukraine, that it must suffer for your sins.

Pity Ukraine, that it must suffer for your sins.

I decided to stop my suffering and placed Russia-hating PF morons on my ignore list.
The problem is that no matter what evidence you present, they will never admit they were wrong - even if Z himself said so.

Are there lengths that russians won't go to in order to avoid blame?

Are there lengths that Westerners won't go to, to avoid looking themselves in the mirror?

Has turning Iraq and Libya into festering hell holes not sated your thirst for chaos? Now you want to make Ukraine into a smoldering ruin, because you can't admit the bankruptcy of your approach?

Has turning Iraq and Libya into festering hell holes

I always condemned both interventions.... openly.

you want to make Ukraine into a smoldering ruin

We're not the ones invading and bombing theaters full of children.... that's..... you. And you support it... openly.

because you can't admit the bankruptcy of your approach?

Bankruptcy? Do you realize how much money 1 trillion bucks is? That's what US MICC gets every damn year. To continue this, the MICC crime syndicate must justify the ripp off - hence the wars, bases, policing the world, tanks and artillery that will never be used in defense of the US, creating enemies where they don't exist, and now the hysteria about China and Russia.

You've got a good point there.

The mood is changing though. PiS is already talking about stopping benefits for Ukrainians and the recent lawsuit filed against us at WTO by our dear Ukrainian "allies" helps to swing the mood even further towards cautious Ukro-skepticism...

wydarzenia.interia.pl/raport-wybory-parlamentarne-2023/news-duza-zmiana-nastrojow-w-polsce-ukraina-popelnia-powazny-blad,nId,7035185

... it looks like maybe (just maybe) Ukraine has been a little bit too turbo in their turbopolicies towards Poland. Ah, well...

Well, looks like some assumptions about the limits of Polish support for Ukraine were not unfounded.

The mood is changing though

If you listened to me, there would be no mood changes. Regardless of the subject, from the very beginning, the answer should have been: NO!!!

One day, it will be clear that Polish generosity hurt Poland badly and prolonged the war. I guess the universal desire to be nice is irresistible regardless of the consequences.

It's like jumping into a lake to save somebody's puppy and drown.

Well, looks like some assumptions about the limits of Polish support for Ukraine were not unfounded.

Another Lyzko...

Try this: Everything has limits. Polish support included.

we might be able to come to some sensible concluisions.

Darliong, the only sensible conclusion you should have come to long ago is that Russia has to stop its aggression, withdraw its troops, pay compensation and forget about Ukraine before it disintegrates into 15 Russistans.

I decided to stop my suffering and placed Russia-hating PF morons on my ignore list.

That is unconditional surrender of you! Amasing coz a few years ago you vowed to fight till the end! :):):)

@Novichok
Poland was looking to play a role of hero. They wanted political clout in the EU. Meanwhile the EU fvcks Poland every chance it gets and continues to try to make Poland a subject of Brussels. PiS walked a fine line with this Ukraine issue, and it looks like it will come back to hurt them. Those that are turning on them are the core PiS supporters who want no immigration, and that is spread to include Ukraine. The money spent on the military, that can not be afforded in any way, will also catch up to them. Buying hardware that cant be delivered for 3 to 5 years isnt really buying much.

Here on PF we have the far left and the far right. Now though it looks like even some die hards are starting to lean toward the middle. If this is true here, could it be true to the combatants? Coming to the middle, as I have said since day one, is what needs to happen. But hey, who TF cares as long as its not us that are on the front lines. The whole war started stupid, continues stupid and will end stupid.

It's a good thing you're here, guys

Yes, pesky mosquitoes play a good role in nature, too. after all. They are food for other animals.

Ukraine has just filed lawsuit against Poland at WTO...

Not against Poland but against PiS azholing gov which first says A by offering extensive aid, both military and financial, and all of a sudden refuses to say B by blocking the import of Ukrainian grain. That is rightists` approach - rabid inconsistency.

pawian

continues to try to make Poland a subject of Brussels

BS. The EU is a union of states which agreed to sacrifice their national interests in the name of interEuropean peace and cooperation. PiS refuses to acknowledge it and they obsessively try to break European laws for which they are punished.

Can you think twice before you say such stupidity again?

far right. Now though it looks like even some die hards are starting to lean toward the middle.

I didn`t notice far rightists to lean to the middle. Take off your rosy pink glasses.... :):):)

Here on PF we have the far left and the far right.

Both the far left and far right support russia's mission of genocide (for different reasons).

The reasonable centrists realize that russia cannot be allowed any kind of victory (for long term security) because russia cannot be trusted. No russian government has the slightest shred of honor and every russian government unilaterally breaks any agreement given.

In short, russia can't be trusted (ask Germany and/or prigozhin if you have any doubts about that).

What can I say...Nothing beyond what you just posted. It was really good.

About Poland...

We like starting feel-good sh*it because in every man there is a well-meaning stupid woman screaming to get out. Even if we know better, we can't tell her to STFU because we want to get laid or at least get a pat for being nice and caring. The day of regrets is still too far to matter.

I am beginning to like Polish metaphors.

But the US is a Great Power and russia..... isn't. Crappy economy in the best of times, no cultural soft power that's not 100 years old and only 3rd world or commie dictators like you.... North Korea! Great catch there....

I don't make the rules... and neither does russia!!!! ha ha ha ha!!!!!!!

Crappy economy in the best of times, no cultural soft power...

An excerpt from a current Western publication's article on Russia:

"A quote, variously attributed over the years to Churchill, Talleyrand, or Metternich sums it up well: "Russia is never as strong as she looks, nor as weak as she looks." Russia is a regional power in structural decline, but retains a remarkable capacity to muddle through, hang around, and cause trouble. It has often appeared to be the sick man of Europe (a term originally used to describe the Ottoman Empire in the 19th century), technologically backwards, with a political system that does not meet the demands of modern society. Napoleon and Hitler, among others, have made the mistake of assuming that Russian weakness and backwardness made the country an easy mark."

Russian weakness and backwardness made the country an easy mark.

Did he mention the well-known propensity for insane russian leaders to lead the country into disastrous no win situations?

Oh yeah, he does....

Try to become civilized and maybe the world will stop looking down on you so much... because there's nothing to look up to....
