Did he though? Has he been charged with insurection? No. The Georgia charges are not that strong. Questioning an election is not illegal. Filing lawsuits to question elections has been done by both sides many times. Was the fake electors idea his or someone else's? They are going to struggle to criminally convict Trump. It takes one republican to keep any jury from a conviction. The independents were never his bread and butter, they were Bidens and he has completely lost them. And dont look now, but Kennedy kicks bother Biden and Trumps a$$ in the 45 and under group. If he gets in the debates, he will destroy both of them. If he gets elected though, he has already promised to cut US military spending in half, and thats also bad news for Ukraine.
