Poland`s aid to Ukraine if Russia invades - part 9

Tacitus
11 Feb 2024  #1081

They'd be trading with r*SSia and probably supporting them if they thought they could get away with it.

It is really getting on your nerves that the UK is no longer the most important European ally of Ukraine right ;)

It is really getting on your nerves

It isn't, and I do not see a stronger ally except perhaps Poland.

We know you've got sour grapes because of Germany's failings however this isn't about your feelings; it is about an existential threat for Ukraine and the danger to humanity posed by r*SSia and its willing accomplices.

At least no decent western country will be buying their oil or gas for the foreseeable future..

Tacitus

I do not see a stronger ally except perhaps Poland

Because you are unwilling to acknowledge facts that contradict your opinion.

Approved budget for military aid for Ukraine in 2024

By Germany: 8bn$

kyivindependent.com/germany-passes-2024-budget-providing-over-8-billion-in-military-aid-for-ukraine/#:~:text=Germany's%20parliament%20approved%20on%20Feb,in%20military%20assistance%20for%20Kyiv.

By the UK: 3bn$

defensenews.com/global/europe/2024/01/12/britain-pledges-over-3-billion-for-ukraine-military-aid-in-2024/

By Poland?

Never mind financial, economic and humanitarian aid and the number of Ukrainian refugees in each country.

oil or gas for the foreseeable future

Nor become a tax shelter for their wealthy oligarchs.

facts

I don't think you care about those. They are less important to you than trying not to lose face.

Perhaps that 8 billion usd would more usefully have been spent on your defence budget which for the last few decades has fallen short of the NATO minimum. And you did of course forget the many thousands of Ukrainian servicemen and servicewomen currently training in Britain. With weapons, not broom handles.

You do seem to be very concerned with proving a point.
And as I say, at least r*SSia won't be exporting oil or had westwards for many years to come.

No problem. Few years ago Russia sold gas to Germany and Germany used it to be not only self-sufficient but exporter of fertilizers. Now Russia uses gas to produce fertilizers on their own territory, and sold them to Germany with much greater profit.

Undamaged second NS2 pipe still filled with gas and ready to work - but Scholz got command to finish Germany industrial base completely. ;)

Nor become a tax shelter for their wealthy oligarchs.

Thank you very much for this lesson for our fat cats. Next generations will know that it is much safer to invest in their own country economy, and USD must be avoid as plague.

jon357

second NS2 pipe

Hopefully Ukraine will neutralise that one too as they did the otherwise. Good that it's filled with gas; the bang will be better.

Tacitus
11 Feb 2024  #1087

usefully have been spent on your defence budget

Supporting Ukraine is much cheaper and more cost-effective.

.And you did of course forget the many thousands

I did not. It is just nothing special, other countries including Germany are doing the same.

bundeswehr.de/en/organization/further-fmod-departments/bundeswehr-homeland-defence-command/germany-eumam-ua/trainings-eumam-2023--5722708#:~:text=Trainings%20EUMAMEuropean%20Union%20Military%20Assistance%20Mission%202023,-Training&text=Around%2010%2C000%20Ukrainian%20soldiers%20were,260%20training%20sessions%20in%202023.

All that training amounts to little without proper equipment. And who provides (significantly) more to Ukraine?

The UK is lagging behind Germany on all fields regarding Ukrainian aid (humanitarian, financial, political, economical and military). On some cases even behind France (when it comes to the total amount of aid). Be proud of what you do, but stay objective and dont slander other countries because you are not satisfied with your countries contribution relative to others.

Perhaps you ought to ask President Zelenskyy about that.

behind Germany

No it isn't, and don't get prickly when things don't go your way. It tends not to end well.

Tacitus
11 Feb 2024  #1089

Perhaps you ought to ask President Zelenskyy about that.

?

No it isn't,

It isn't because you do not want to acknowledge it? That is more Novichok-like, far from what the reasonable you would normally write.

I presented you data and numbers that leave little to interpretation. The British parliament has literally approved aid roughly 1/3 of the German volume this year, never mind the other fields where the discrepancy is even larger.

jon357
11 Feb 2024  #1090

It isn't

There you go again.

It doesn't work.

Anymore than there will be r*SSian oil and gas exports to Europe in the foreseeable future.

Novichok
11 Feb 2024  #1091

But it was a poor interview - why didn't he challenge any of the crazy views ?

Becaue Tucker went to Moscow to ask, not to challenge, and to let everybody know Putin's position on issues. Now we do.
It will be interesting to see what Biden has to say when Tucker interviews him 2 weeks from now.

They'd be trading with r*SSia

"r*SSia" will trade only with countries where faggots are a majority.

It seems to be that way. It reminds me of Chinese really, difficult to communicate with.

The British parliament has literally approved aid roughly 1/3 of the German volume this year

This makes both the UK and Germany, along with the world's worst offender, the US, war criminals.
But for that "aid", a million men would be alive and well today.

Before you say something really stupid...a reminder...Z-P is still zero. Not a single Ukrainian in Crimea was executed or sent to a "gulag" after 2014 because he was Ukrainian.

jon357

difficult to communicate with.

Weird personalities very often.

And of course they'd be in bed with r*SSia (commercially and militarily) if they could get away with it.

Did Tucker ask for the 1000 year old history lesson of Noggin the Nog and Nogbad the Bad ?

Did Tucker ask for the 1000 year old history lesson

Putin has been in power for a nearly a quarter of a century.

He doesn't have to care about providing soundbites that meet the needs of foreign journalists and their viewers with short attention spans.

Novichok

He doesn't have to care about providing soundbites that meet the needs of foreign journalists

...that they would slice and splice to fit their agendas anyway...

hey'd be in bed with r*SSia

r*SSia goes to bed only with faggots.
Russia hates faggots - especially those who would like to visit Russian schoolchildren...

Tucker ask for the 1000 year old history lesson of Noggin the Nog and Nogbad the Bad ?

It's so funny how quickly the rightwingers went from 'wow!' 'great!' to just not saying anything about the interview.... major dud. russian media is half "why didn't he say....?" and "he's so wonderful!" (cognitive dissonance in action).

Novichok

It was great because it gave the US ruling mob fits.

It's as if he'd been sent there to show just how deranged Putler is.

He's been in power 24 years through his skill as a communicator?

I thought it was because he murders and imprisons his enemies and doesn't allow free elections

He won't make 25 years BTW

You are talking again about the Udmurtian military ? Where recruits are raped and pimped by their officers

Poloniusz
11 Feb 2024  #1104

He's been in power 24 years through his skill as a communicator?

Lenin was known for his speeches made to throngs of people and he was in power for only two years.

Stalin is not remembered for any speeches and he was in power for 29 years.

I thought it was because he murders and imprisons his enemies and doesn't allow free elections

It sounds like he has things in common with Zelensky.

He won't make 25 years BTW

Who knows?

He didn't get where he is today and for long as he has by making himself vulnerable to the opinions and physical threats from others.

Some found that out the hard way.

That's how he got in; the apartment bombings which were entirely staged by his henchmen.

It was great because it gave the US ruling mob fits.

But did you like his message to the US?

PolAmKrakow
12 Feb 2024  #1107

@Ironside
I thought his message to the US regarding the dollar was a good one. People with real money are effected by the dollars strength less than those with limited funds. My nephew for instance, comes from a limited income home, every year I give him a hundred dollar bill for his birthday. He turned eight this year, and a few weeks ago when he exchanged the hundred he got less than 400 zl back. He remarked how last year he got "a lot more". Maybe it was 450 last year, but even to a child things like this are being noticed.

Ironside
12 Feb 2024  #1108

I thought his message to the US

His message to the US was simple there is the law of nature that all empires fall and now it is time for the US, you are done and should go quietly if you don't want any trouble.

PolAmKrakow
12 Feb 2024  #1109

@Ironside
Thats what he would like to believe, and it is possible that the US is heading in that direction. IF Biden somehow gets re-elected, then yes, I believe the US will either experience a civil war, or is will turn into a socialist country with all the socialist problems that come with it.

cms neuf

Man who uses oil as a weapon then criticizes the US for using the dollar a a weapon

But it's a free market - if people want to use other currencies then nothing is stopping them (except in the case of Yuan and Rupees etc there are extensive stupid regulations set by dictators)

The reason your nephew got less zloty is because we just elected a new government to replace the corrupt religious nut jobs who ran up the deficit with handouts and kielbasa. The zloty is stronger now
