I am sure he would sell them. Who is going to give them the next hundred billion? If no one does, then how can the EU donate everything Ukraine needs when it cant even re-arm itself yet? Then again, any US made tech would need approvals to be sent to Ukraine prior to the EU sending them. Z has fvcked around too much, and Putin is simply being an a$$hole by not making a deal. In fact Putin is being pretty stupid by not making a deal that could get the easing of some US sanctions concerning SWIFT and oil sales.

If the US is out, there are only two scenarios that can end the war. Europe goes all in and empties its reserves of ammunition and missiles, or Ukraine will be over run. Unless the EU sends its armies, triggering WW3, these are the only two options if the US is out. Neither is good for Europe.

This video sums it pretty good. American military general of NATO in Europe around 2017 in an interview released only few days ago. He stresses European need to act independently of the U.S.A military. As there are over 5 conflicts globally U.S.A can't handle alone.

Well you are correct PolAm - it is managed by 10 countries, but what is clear is that the US can not allow North Nigerians access to SWIFT without European permission. They will not grant sanctions relief to the NNs until there is a military withdrawal, because for all their faults, the Europeans know that the NNs are liars and not trustworthy.
