Poland's aid to Ukraine if Russia invades - part 21

one of those unilateral ceasefires that Russia sometimes declares. Basically they're just announcing that they're taking the day off

Usually it means they attack usual (or maybe increase attacks).... lying is the russian way.

lying is the russian way.

Please explain to me why in the sea of lying Westerrn m-fers ("we played Russia for time") would Russians be stupid enough to tell the truth.

Give me one good reason without saying something really stupid our by-the-book perfectionist Paulina is notorious for.

I am not trying to be funny or cute... I really mean it.

lying is the russian way.

We all know this except Rich(Novickock).

I am not trying to be funny or cute

But you,very obviously, are.

Russians have lied and lied for over 100 years.
We shouldn't have trusted them at Yalta(Though we had little choice) and we shouldn't trust them now.
They are just wanting this war to go on, in the hope that the USA will remove their support for Ukraine and they will succeed in conquering the whole country.

But I am not sure that they can,as long as Europe continues to support Ukraine and that Ukrainians continue to make their amazing technological advances.
Furthermore, if Russia is able to control Ukraine, they will have many years of very bloody, draining, civil war on their hands.
The Ukrainians will never surrender.

Russians have lied and lied for over 100 years.

The more Russians lie the prouder of them I am.

I would be even prouder if they were more violent...Just like the US in Vietnam and Iraq...for "freedom and democracy", of course...

In my opinion, the days of honesty ended when NATO decided to cross the Oder River - with Moscow as the target after Russia is cut up into smaller pieces. See Yugoslavia.

Russia looked at the plan and for some weird reason didn't like it...

Can you explain why?

BTW, as a Russian troll I should be on Putin's payroll. Don't you think?

Tacitus
19 Apr 2025  #305

Can you explain why?

Because Russia is led by a corrupt clique who want to distract their people who live in abject poverty with imperialist endeavours, and NATO is preventing them from doing so?

NATO is not a threat to Russia. If it was, Russia would not risk waging an all-out war against a third country for more than 3 years by now. We have tried to show Russia that peaceful relations are of mutual benefit for all involved, but as pointed out above, that does not align with the Kremlin's agenda.

Think again Rich. This guy makes some very good points. We can all learn from history.

Because Russia is led by a corrupt clique who want to distract their people who live in abject poverty with imperialist endeavours,

Are we talking about Russia or the US?

I can name a dozen of corrupt cliques in Washington, DC, that would make Russian corrupt cliques blush.

Let's start with US MICC and the 1 trillion dollar "defense" budget. Somehow, Russia's mil budget is 10% of that and China's 25%.

Both are fine with that pittance that feels like pocket change compared to ours - with two oceans to our advantage...

BTW, if you know why we still make artillery and tanks please solve this mystery for me without saying "Defending Europe is good for America".

Kiev opens LGBT film festival on Good Friday

Ukraine's LGBTQ community has sparked outrage by scheduling its top film festival, Sunny Bunny, to coincide with Easter week.

Perfect timing, assfuckers...It will make Americans dig deeper into their pockets to support you and other U morons...

Memo to Russia: If you can, kill them first...before they immigrate here...

It sounds like a perfect time to stop giving them foreign aid then.. Lets the "freaks of nature" bail them out from now on.

About dying for "freedom and democracy"....

Manpower is an even more pressing issue. AFU Commander-in-Chief Alexander Syrsky has said Ukraine needs 30,000 new troops each month just to sustain current force levels. A sizable portion of the losses are due to desertion - a reflection of forced conscription, harsh battlefield conditions, and flagging morale.

Efforts to lower the draft age have been clumsy at best. Ukraine tried to entice 18-year-olds with ads comparing their contract pay to how many cheeseburgers it could buy - efforts that bordered on self-parody. Unsurprisingly, the campaign flopped: only 500 people signed up in two months, according to the deputy head of Zelensky's office, Pavel Palis.

Memo to President Z:

I apologize for saying that dying for "freedom and democracy" is off-the-chat stupid.

It's moronic. Sorry for not being more precise.

Sincerely,

Novi

Watch this short video and tell me without that stupid smirk that what comes from the UK is any better than from the Soviet Pravda way back...

These morons still think that they have freedom of speech...

If you mean that your thought police doesn't duct tape your mouth before you leave your place...then you do...It's their reaction that is funny...

My sincere apologies to Pravda...You were morally better...

you could be used as toilet paper...at least in russia.

I remember reading that different soviet publications were printed on different types of paper specifically so they could be used for different household tasks, from toilet paper, to window shades, to diapers to.... ladies sanitation....

And some people are nostalgic for that crap....

Because Russia is led by a corrupt clique

Well, Russia had always been led by a corrupt clique - that is their system.

NATO

NATO is a tool in the US's hand-it always has been, only morons like Novie refuse to recognise it.

Tacitus

And some people are nostalgic for that crap

The first Soviet toilet paper factory was built in 1969. So when the Americans sent the first man to the moon, the Soviets finally came around to at least try to provide their own people with a basic utility

You do understand that providing basic utilities for their people is at the bottom of their list. Also, as communists and progressives, they love humanity but hate individual people.

Tacitus

Sure, hence their decision to only build one in 1969. That was a milestone for them, comparable to sending a man to the moon.

Who knows, maybe everyone in Russia will have indoor plumbing by the time other countries are colonizing Mars.

only morons like Novie refuse to recognise it.

I agree that NATO is a tool to justify the corrupt USMICC and the fvcking trillion bucks they spend every damn year for shlt - the trillion we don't have so they print or borrow but spend they do, none of it to defend the US since the US has no enemies. It invents its own...as needed to justify the corrupt USMICC...Hence Ukraine...

See the circle or not yet...

maybe everyone in Russia will have indoor plumbing

Here is my plan how to end this idiotic war that killed a million men and seems to be endless...

1. The US and Russia agree on the post-war map and order.
2. Z is told to sign off and get the fvck out to Miami.
3. Z does and the war is over.
4. Z refuses and the combined armies of the US and Russia attack Kiev and arrest Z. Accidently, Z dies and the war is over.
5. All sanctions on Russia are lifted.
6. Novi goes to Russia for a week.

All in less than a month.

maybe everyone in Russia will have indoor plumbing

Funny coming from a German.

There's not a single city in Germany that can be put in the same rank as Moscow or St. Petersburg.

In comparison to Moscow, Berlin is small, dirty, and grey. The Tiergarten is a dump, compared to Moscow's Gorky Park or Zaryadye. Unter der Linden, is a small side street compared to Tverskaya. The state of public infrastructure between Berlin and Moscow is Heaven and Earth.

Munich is very nice, but in the end entirely lacks the scope. It is much cleaner, much better kept, and with more architectural polish than Berlin - but is still just a town. Closer to Vienna than Moscow: rich, orderly, boring.

Frankfurt is not a city but just a consolidated business district. People only know about it because of the airport. Aesthetics - sh*t. Cultural life - sh*t. If you have a layover in Frankfurt, take 3-4 hours, look at the Römerberg and walk along the Mainufer - and you are done.

So while we work on our toilets, you can try to catch up on the last 800 years of European history and develop a proper city.

Maybe in size but not in quality of life, besides the quality of life in villages and small towns in Germany is not so different from the quality of life in big cities. In russia quality of life varies greatly. I suppose.

In comparison to Moscow, Berlin

How many Germans would like to live in Moscow?

How many russians would like to live in Berlin?

Quality of life matters.

How many russians would like to live in Berlin?

I can't speak for all Russians, but I know that friends that visited Berlin were supremely unimpressed.

Understand - I live in Manhattan for 17 years - and have hosted many friends and family that were visiting. Probably 90% felt New York life was a downgrade from Moscow.

Moscow has a trillion dollar Gross Regional Product. Moscow, for many years between 2008 and 2020 - had a larger municipal budget than New York (admittedly, Moscow is 20 million people and NYC only 8 million).

New York City has not opened but a few stations in the last twenty years. Moscow launches entirely new lines.

The Central Park Conservancy - a private group - is responsible for keeping Central Park more ore less presentable to tourists. In Moscow, the government invests mountains of money into parks - and they get regularly voted as best parks in Europe or the world.

In Moscow, electronic government is ahead of the whole world - maybe except for Shanghai or Shenzen. Every government services takes only minutes to complete.

You people really do not understand how wealthy Moscow is.

I wouldn't like to live in Monte Carlo.

No Polish deli...

No LA Fitness...

No Chevy dealer...

No Walmart...

White socks start at $100...

Brainless bimbos needing assistance while getting out of Lambos...

I already said that in my next life I want to be Russian - BEFORE I read your post. Now...even more so...

Just imagine...You walk into a metro station without tripping over a homeless bum, stepping into his excrement, and being scared that his buddy - still vertical - will push you onto the track and to your death. He will time it perfectly well with an approaching train.

Why do I have this feeling that the US would be better off if it could somehow get rid of 100 million of its people...

Russia threatens response if Ukraine uses German Taurus missiles
Firing such missiles would be impossible without involvement of Berlin's military, the Foreign Ministry has noted

Being a reluctant US bit*ch is one thing. Trying to start a major shlt with Russia is another.

I didn't know that Germans could be that stupid after this:
