And why do they say so? They say so because the procedure for the so-called dissolution of the USSR was violated. If the Congress of People's Deputies, aka the Congress of Soviets in 1922 created the USSR, then it should have been dissolved by the decision of the Congress of these very deputies!

Kobyakov also noted that the signing of the Belovezhskiye agreements on December 8, 1991 looks "absolutely strange" from the legal point of view.

These acts were later ratified by the Supreme Councils of the RSFSR, the Ukrainian SSR and the BSSR, and this is not within their competence at all!

I can't even imagine what it was - a personal opinion or something more.... But, as for me - it is easier to declare the Russian Empire legitimate at once and declare on this basis that all the territories that have ever been part of it - this is an internal affair of the Kremlin! 💪

Under occupation at the start of the war, Bucha, on the edge of Kyiv, was subjected to systematic killings and torture. Civilians were shot while looking for firewood, pumping water from wells or visiting friends, their bodies left where they lay on the street or in their gardens.

Many were tortured to death or executed, some in the basement of a famous children's summer camp. One man was thrown in a well. At other notorious crime scenes Russian soldiers slashed throats, mutilated victims and raped and killed women in front of their children, a pattern repeated by the occupiers in other parts of Ukraine.

Russia hit Ukraine with the largest combined drone and missile attack of the whole war last night. So much for Russia running out of weapons and technology.
