You misunderstood me. The only people that talk about Putin in such semi-religious terms are Ukrainians.

We have a joke in Russia, that these people have "Putin of the Brain".

Putin is the true God of Ukraine, based on how much they talk about him and what place he occupies in their popular imagination.

Somebody shat in your apartment building's elevator? Putin.

No hot water in the pipes? Definitely Putin.

Refused a visa at the US consulate? Putin's fault.

Your company is leaving Ukraine and firing the entire staff as redundant? Could not happen without Putin's involvement.

Your and Jon's discussions about "doubles" belongs in the same rubric. Every bad thing that happens in Ukraine is Putin's fault. He is all all-knowing and omni-present.

Warsaw contradicts US on possible Ukraine deployment

US President Donald Trump's special envoy had said Warsaw's troops could be a part of a "resilience force" to be deployed to the country.

Polish Defense Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz said on Tuesday that was not the case, stating that his country would only serve as a "logistics hub" and the government "does not plan and will not send Polish soldiers to Ukraine."

Good decision, Poland. You have done more than enough. Never forget that the US often starts shlt and needs 20 years to get out of it with nothing to show other than trillions added to the debt and 300,000 refugees "going to America because they were our allies"...

There may be another very simple reason.

New to me, and sounds like fun.

The various comments about his health, regardless of how orc apologists wanted to frame it as propoaganda from the free world, were repeated by credible sources in the UK military and the US government. There was certainly a degree of subjectivity in analysing the intel that led to that however there was certainly something behind it; it didn't come from thin air.

And his frequent use of several doubles is an established fact, as is technical manipulation of photos and vieos in which he appears..

Not to mention the weird bumps wandering around "his" face....

I was thinking of that. Plus the film clip of him sitting at a table with members of the public (the exact same members of the public who seem to accompany him everywhere) where the film was jumping several frames at a time and showed clear signs of manipulation.

The doubles thing isn't a conspiracy theory. Researchers in Japan and the Baltics have used facial recognition software and say the chance of his public appearances being made by more than one individual is 99.8%. Putler himself once said (pre-war) that he had been asked to use doubles.

The comments about his health from US politicians and UK military figures all come from people of huge integrity and not given to making public statements lightly.

Whatever the truth is, it's time for Putler to actually turn up to something instead of hiding.
