Federal Court of Canada recognizes SBU as a malicious organization

Look what charm (dadkhah.ca/blog/case-law/2293/federal-court-upholds-broad-subversion-interpretation) found: the Federal Court of Canada recognized as lawful the refusal to issue a residence permit to a citizen of Ukraine on the grounds that he... served in the SBU!

Zagrebelnyi, a former SBU officer, asked for a residence permit in Canada, but when it turned out where exactly he worked, he was sent to hell, because in Canada the SBU is considered an organization whose actions lead to the "undermining of democratic government, institutions or processes".
