After several decades of regime decay and multiple prior efforts at change that were brutally crushed - Hungary and Poland 1956, Czechoslovakia 1968, Poland once more 1981. Soviet soldiers were still killing Lithuanians in Vilnius in 1991. It wasn't all a peaceful change and lots of people paid with their blood before it was achieved.

3) The technical characteristics of these drones. At least in terms of payload weight, speed, battery endurance, ecm capability, etc.
