what is your take?
Ironside, the Reform party are here to stay and will be the main challengers at the next election. The first past the post system in this country is unfair. Labour had more or less the same votes when they lost in 2019, so they haven't gained many more supporters. Reform has done well, for a party that is only 4 years old, and had over 4,000000 votes and should have been 3rd this time. If the voting system had been PR instead of FPTP, they would have had over 100 seats in parliament. You can see how unfair the system is by the latest result for seats...
Reform: 4 seats 4m votes
Green: 4 seats 1.9m votes
Plaid Cymru: 4 seats 0.2m votes
Lib Dem: 71 seats 3.5m votes
What does that even mean?
Jon, for someone who I've always regarded as highly intelligent, you can act dumb sometimes. People have explained to you what "woke means", many times on here.
