The simplest way would be to re-send them to China. With China's huge population, nobody would ever notice an increase of 2000 people every day in the population that is so numerous already.

As far as the U.S. is concerned, the best solution would be annexing the bordering Mexican states, so plenty of Mexicans would not have to cross the American border to arrive in the U.S. Thus the number of Mexicans crossing the border would have decreased. The precedence already exists: the U.S. annexed a lot of Mexican territory in the past including California and New Mexico.

To balance all this, the U.S. should give the state odf Alaska back to Russia.

Why not? Set the quota of immigrants who can enter and settle each year, just like the US did with the Green Card lottery many years ago.Give them one year trial period in the Polish society to check out if they are able to learn the language and integrate culturally. Exam at the end of another trial period and voila, live like a happy Pole and make as many kids as you can who will be fully Polish.

What would that "quota" be? And why not more that the quota? Bad for Poland? If 1 million Latinos is good for Poland, than 2 million would be twice as good. Right?

The quota will be set by politicians, scientists and various experts on the basis of multiple factors. Sth like Immigration Act but with entrance criteria adopted for Polish conditions.
