I don't think the Europeans here understand that most of the United States is not crime ridden like the major cities are

A great point and the reverse is true too.
The UK is not dominated by Muslim rapists and stabbings..... it is mainly in inner city areas.
Where I live there are occasional burglaries but serious crime is very rare.
And we don't have any of Dirk's muslim rapists..... LOL!!

I can vouch for that. Most of England and Ireland is very nice from what I seen. I wouldn't want to live in Manchester UK, but you wouldn't want to live in Cleveland either.

The farther you get away from those two cities the crime rate drops dramatically

Yep, I live about 50 miles NW of Chicago now and the crime rate here is "0"

Sometimes, I leave my keys in the ignition of my car overnight and don't blink an eye about it. I would dare do this back in Chicago..lol

Iran erupts in protests again today.
"They are lying that our enemy is America, our enemy is right here," dozens of protesters outside a university in Tehran chanted, according to video clips posted on Twitter. Scores of demonstrators were also shown gathered in other cities.

Finally Trump (the new sheriff in town) is getting through to these people that their country that State sponsors terrorist groups that kill Americans and the innocent will no longer be tolerated without consequences.

You can bet they were a very nervous bunch fearing a serious retaliation for firing those rockets at our U.S. military bases.
Instead Trump showed restraint and showed them that taking out their head terrorist was his goal, not destroying the country of Iran.
Wouldn't it be great if the United States and Iran became allies.

Spot on!!

Sometimes, I leave my keys in the ignition of my car overnight

Now you see, I would never do that...... safe as my area is, there is a good chance the car will no longer be there in the morning.

You are very lucky.
There are many parts of the UK that never used to lock their house doors at night, not sure too many of those remain.
But on TV we see American city front doors with triple locks and peepholes and are horrified.....

Your car insurance will not cover a stolen car that had the keys left in it.

we see American city front doors with triple locks and peephole

Again, that is in the cities and that is why I wouldn't consider living in one because it isn't living.
Here where I live the neighborhood dogs that are left out at night are my early warning system.

And I think that is sensible, even in the safest areas.

that is in the cities and that is why I wouldn't consider living in one because it isn't living.

Just as I would never consider living in certain parts of London.
I am in what we call Greater London, we have red buses and the tube but it is a world away from the inner city.

My daughter lives in a small town, well outside of London but still linked to London by the tube and when we go to stay with her we never hear any sirens....

Which we hear a few times a day where I live,

I wouldn't want to be a victim to alter the murder rate statistics here however. lol

Oh, you sly fox. Dreaming of the benefits, are you not? Be prepared for a nightmare, just in case.

One day trip to the beach, I do not lock my door. One week vacation I do

I used to have an apartment in the city like this when I was younger and didn't care. Now, I live far enough away from all the riff-raff and if needed its less than an hour drive. No trains or buses that can link the neanderthal to me..

I have more issues with the wildlife around here. I had a Fox living under my shed and now its wandering around my house looking thru my windows. Last winter the Deer ate my bushes and Coyotes have been in the area lately.

Your car insurance will not cover a stolen car that had the keys left in it.

Ill make sure not to tell my agent...lol

One day trip to the beach, I do not lock my door.

That would be the worst location to start trusting the general public

True, but only if you admit to it

Me too.
Though I don't exactly live "out in the sticks" we have foxes.
But they are not a problem, they are used to humans but they kind of bark all night...

You are unbelievable, lately. Is there some virus affecting people in the Chicago area? Some of your posts don't deserve a response

Neither do yours.

You asked me a question. I answered that question as fully and honestly as the space permitted and this is the kind of sh*it I am getting from you, a-hole?

Please, do me a favor and never, ever comment on my posts. Better yet, just ignore me completely. You are just too weird and mentally unstable.

Not the car doors, my house doors ::))

from [b]you, a-hole?

You are just too weird and mentally unstable.

Real Rich shows his real nature, and so eloquently No such luck I promise I will hold you accountable, and hold your feet to the fire, without profanity may I add.

By the way, "weird and mentally unstable" as opposed to you reasonable, ordinary, and mentally stable as a rock?

Here you will have to present all immobilizer fobs to insurance company to talk about compensation.

Here is a real Hoot....an interview with Trump on Iran back in 1980 when he was 34 years old.

Thats a good idea for the Ins company, but what if you previously had lost one and currently using the spare?

Trump on Iran back in 1980 when he was 34 years old.

Good find JR. its uncanny how he is talking about the same issues and its totally relevant today.

Number and IDs (if any) of fobs is included in contract. If you lost one - you need to notify ins agent. Company may choose to direct you to a dealer to reprogram everything to make lost fob inactive. But some ins companies simply do not care, if it is not a expensive car or a car from "risk group" - ones who stolen most often.

From dailymail.com:

The US reportedly relied on Israeli intelligence in the assassination of top Iranian general Qassem Soleimani.
Informants in Damascus tipped the CIA off about which flight Soleimani would be on and Israeli intelligence verified and confirmed that information...
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is said to be the only foreign leader who knew of the planned assassination, ...

Our misguided involvement there aside, Mossad is one of the few organizations I would trust. In this case, it's mind boggling that Israel and Mossad are the allies Trump did trust, but not the America's enemies - the American fascist party, the fossil and the pencil neck.

Przelotnyptak1

Mossad is one of the few organizations I would trust. In this case,

I urge you, no, I am begging you if you didn't already read an excellent book by Victor Ostrovsky, former Mossad case officer, to learn everything there is to know about Mossad. Available on the internet. some facts are omitted from the original version but reviling, never the less

The title 'By the Way of Deception."

Rich Mazur
13 Jan 2020  #2631

I don't have to. I already know that it was our CIA that caused the US trillions in expenses and millions in dead by deceiving the US.

If Mossad deceives, it is my bet that it deceives others, not the Israelis, for the purpose of getting Israel into another and needless war and to make the Israeli swamp richer.

I am also willing to bet that the FSB is pro-Russia first and the Russia's swamp distant next. Our CIA is a subversive organization which just recently tried to undo the 2016 election of Trump. In Russia or China, that stunt would result in either a quick trial and execution or a freefall from a balcony. Here, they retire with full benefits, cake and a watch.

Velund

Our CIA is a subversive organization which just recently tried to undo the 2016 election of Trump.

Correction, not the CIA, but Obama's appointee, communist voting, Russian sympathizing Brennan.
As for subversive organization, you are 100% right, that is their job, by design.

Rich Mazur
13 Jan 2020  #2634

Correction, not the CIA, but Obama's appointee, communist voting, Russian sympathizing Brennan.

Are you now going to tap dance around what is CIA as opposed to the guy at the top? He couldn't do anything alone without the support of his collaborators who, guess what, were also CIA.

As for subversive organization, you are 100% right, that is their job, by design.

Not, it's not. Their job is to spy. You want me to get the definition of "spy"? OK, "spy" means collect the information which others want to keep secret. It does not mean subverting, abolishing, overthrowing, bribing, threatening, and blowing things up until they receive a legal order from the president or his representative.

Przelotnyptak1
13 Jan 2020  #2635

Are you now going to tap dance around what is CIA

Exactly, few top criminals, not the CIA as a whole. Angels they are not, but we don't need angels in the CIA, killers, especially good liars, do a much better job

But if the agents or the former CIA like organization become presidents, like Putin, that is a great concern to me, especially if they miraculously become on of the wealthiest people on the planet earth, while leading awkward developing countries like Russia. Don't you think so?

Not, it's not. Their job is to spy

Right and spying is tap dancing, no subversion what so ever. Maybe I was wrong in my description because the role of the CIA is to be angels. Like in Iraq, when they pointed laser beams at the radar sites so we could bring the gifts from haven, the guided bombs. You are so right -avenging angels

From apnews.com:

US budget deficit running 11.8% higher this year

The U.S. budget deficit through the first three months of this budget year is up 11.8% from the same period a year ago, putting the country on track to record its first $1 trillion deficit in eight years.

Both government spending and revenues set records for the first three months of this budget year but spending rose at a faster clip than tax collections, pushing the deficit total up.

And that's in the time of prosperity, booming economy and peace. Can you imagine if we were at war and in a recession?

I guess that swamp, before it's drained, has to be fed. Good job, Mr. President.

Isn't Trump fun to have for president...

johnny reb
14 Jan 2020  #2637

Good job, Mr. President.

He needs to be Impeached and replaced with one of those Democratic candidates that say Trump's crazy idea of going door to door to arrest and deport 20 million illegal aliens is just totally ridiculous.

The Dems have a much better idea and that is going door to door to confiscate the guns from 150 million law abiding citizens.
Elizabeth Warren (Pocahontas) said she saw a Moose going to work today and OTC ask her how she knew it was going to work.
When Trump called OTC a moron she replied, "I am not a moron, I've never been to Utah much less joined that church."
Either of those two would be dandies to replace Trump. NOT !

LMAO - I meant AOC not OTC........

Rich Mazur

Trump 2020 should be replaced by Trump 2016. Or the Trump who drains, not feeds the swamp.
