My concern is not that some a-hole will break into my house to steal pierogi. I once called the cops and told that the tenant who had not yet signed the lease or even given a deposit that they are Squatters and the cops told them to leave.But thats in NJ.

My cop admitted that, as the rightful owner, I can enter or break in, if they changed the locks, and do whatever is legal in the village. In winter, I could break every fu*cking window and turn off heat and water . I could play most obnoxious music all day long at the highest allowed volume, swear and scream and whatever else that's legal. I just couldn't touch them.

Another way to make them move "voluntarily" is by hiring three 6-4, 300 pound black gentlemen who would very politely ask the tenants from hell to please leave. It must be done on camera to prevent any future bs from the "tenants".

The number of people infected in the U.S. has exceeded a quarter-million, with the death toll climbing past 7,000; more than 3,500 of those deaths are in New York state. Cuomo said the ventilators from China were expected to arrive Saturday.

"This is a big deal and it's going to make a significant difference for us," Cuomo said, adding that the state of Oregon volunteered to send 140 ventilators to New York.
