I try not to post on American politics, because, although I have been to America, I have never lived there, and accept that I am no expert.

Unlike some arrogant and ignorant Americans who sometimes post on here about Poland or Britain.... some of which have never visited or lived in either country....

The very well respected UK radio station, LBC, commented on Biden's speach tonight, and they were not impressed.
LBC are a pretty neutral station that has presenters from across the political spectrum.
They said that he did the typical politicians thing of avoiding questions that he did not want to answer and gave some poor and weak answers to some obvious and direct questions.

Media 1 Biden 0.

Not only you have a moral right to post about the US, but many here would like to see how the Euros see us. At least I do.

I can vouch for the Daily Mail that they are better informed and more objective than the American alphabet crap most here use as the only source of "news" and opinions. As you may have already noticed, the November election results matched the poison the morons here are fed daily.

The law requires a valid photo ID for voting by mail, reduces the window to request mail-in ballots, and regulates the placement and duration of ballot drop boxes. It also replaces the secretary of state with a legislature-appointed official, as the chair of the state board of elections, and allows the board to fire county election officials for failing in their duties.

Democrats were quick to denounce the law as "immoral" and "evil," as well as racist.

This proves again that the US is in fact a mental institution or at least a mosaic of madness. From the first day on, there should be a federal ID for all states to honor and use as the sole form of identification. No fed ID? No nothing, including taking a p*ss in a roadside motel.

Just like the US passports now. No passport? No coming back.

The same thing with gun permits, driver's license, marriage license, penal codes, and on and on. There is no reason for those not to be federal.

The ultimate insanity that actually killed was allowing states to set their own drinking age limits.

Police defunders may have a point since cops do not prevent crime and, in that sense, are useless.

Post-fact investigations do not prevent crimes. Only the risk of getting shot by the home or store owner does. Cops actually promote crime by creating the illusion that calling 911 does any good and that it is the only legitimate action a citizen in distress is allowed to take. With the average response time of 12 minutes, one might just as well call Dial a Prayer or a 900 number for phone sex.
