How? Poland doesn't have any aircraft carriers, the navy is in shambles and undercut financially. It would need huge investments, as it's naval role of protecting Polish trade on the Baltic and international waters can easily be solved by Polish special forces by air.
Poland doesn't have any ambitions to influence political decisions in the Baltic Sea by force. Otherwise, a strong navy would have to be paramount.
So if the U.S.A would need Polish assistance in naval matters. It would be wise to invest in building up stockyards and shipyards in Northern Poland.
So if it's talks about closest future, U.S.A would rely on France or U.K as their navy is decisively larger.
Only thing Poland could offer is troops on the ground with help of transportation, as the air force would need more finances to be able to provide enough military backup globally.
But, the U.S is quite unwilling to invest in Poland with such matters, so production and needs are more oriented towards Germany's needs. Which are more often civilian production, which is quite useful for Poland during peacetime
