Another benefit: no locals will ever help Americans occupy their country. Interesting comparison.....There had been skirmishes and many settlers were killed by the natives over the years (if I remember my education correctly) but in the end it was like in Afghanistan...there was no unified force behind all these tribes, not a "nation", no matter what they like to call themselves.

Come to think of....Arminius springs to mind....contrary to Afghanis and Indians he actually achieved the unification of the germanic tribes to beat back Rome (if only for a short while)!

Frankly, that is not a danger! The West with its national states has nothing to fear from tribal warriors. Our ability to act unified is unmatched! That made us so successfull in the recent centuries after all.


And that requires a unified people inside our nations, a union inside a union...that would lead to civil war sooner or later. But I doubt such a unification. Yes, many immigrants identify themselves for a long time with their heritage, their culture, their religion, all true.

But you always forget that these people here are as disunified as they are at home. Hence their home countries are not as successful, that's why they are fleeing their fractured sh*itholes.

They will never be able to rise up over that....hence no real threat! It's a total misconception to see lotsa dark faces in your hometown and to conclude from that the end of the West and the white race!

The only real thing unifying them are people like you, putting them into their own "foreigner" category...other than that there is not much what binds them together...how should these fractured, disunified people ever become a threat?

Yes, we are fu*cked up because we are matriarchal. The warrior societies like the Taliban are patriarchal and that is why we lost in Afghanistan. Girls cannot ever compete and win with men.

Our "army" with their insane rules of engagement are girls having a pillow fight while the barbarians decapitate their enemies and that is why the enemies - the Afghan "security forces" - folded like a broken umbrella. We didn't lose. The Afghans did. Even though they were given everything on a silver plate. I think that one of the reasons why the gave up, often without fighting, is that they are a patriarchal society and for men it doesn't make much difference whether girls will go to school and what women are going to wear. Maybe some of them even prefer to go back to the old ways when women had no rights. It seems it's your sentiment also, so you should be able to understand them :)

The West actually tried to unify the Afghanis...we thought that these people at least have the foundation for a statehood...a core of a nation we only had to support with money and weapons...that was the big error!
