China now has cut off all military cooperation with the U.S.A.

Oh, my God. Are you going to get depression over it???? hahahaha

Just another pre-election stunt.

The real pre-election stunt is how gas could fall below $3 a gallon by Labor Day.
Mark my word.

100 million more barrels of Saudi crude per day on the way. And while Trump was a Saudi coxucker, Biden is licking the ball$.

And while Trump was a Saudi coxucker, Biden is licking the ball$.

I am glad lunch is still far away...
Another problem is restarting the refineries the lockdown idiots caused to close because of low demand. One thing is sure: whatever government touches turns to crap, if not a disaster.

PolAmKrakow

@Novichok
Restarting refineries? How about the hundreds of leases available that the oil companies do not take because it would boost supply and lower profits. Hundreds of leases are just sitting and waiting, but none of these F's take them. That is American corporate greed. Dont get me wrong I am all for making money, and a lot of it, as long as it is not taking advantage of people who have no other option. The oil industry in the US is the real swamp.

That too.
I am just guessing now...After this off-on-off bs with Keystone, is it possible that the oil companies don't want to invest?

pawian

the main reason gas prices are coming down is called,

No,the main reason is to bring down RuSSia which lives of selling it. It has already been estimated that RuSSists will earn about 50 bil $ less at current prices of oil

And while Trump was a Saudi coxucker, Biden is licking the ball$.

Lets go back to Bush and obozo and the Saudis. $$$
You don't think they knew who were responsible for 9/11.

How about the hundreds of leases available that the oil companies do not take because it would boost supply and lower profits.

Or is it because those leases are not profitable because of the effort it would take to extract that oil ?
The oil companies want the easy oil leases.

is it possible that the oil companies don't want to invest?

I personally could care as my Exon oil stock is up and the dividends are running almost 4%.
Gas will be below $3 a gallon by Early September due to the fact it is an election year.
I have no idea why everyone is in such a panic as what is, is.

Quoting dailymail:

PICTURED: ICU nurse driver, 37, who plowed through a red light and killed a pregnant mom, 23, her boyfriend and baby boy along with three others in fiery LA crash after 'drunk' fight with her partner

Nurse Niccole L. Linton, 37, was arrested after heR car slammed into five vehicles at a Los Angeles intersection while she was allegedly drunk, killing six people

Did I mention earlier that women are habitual drunks and irresponsible morons? Yeah, it was me...

Next: I was molested when I was 7. That's why I was drunk and speeding 30 years later.

Why would Pelosi want to do Taiwan?

Basically, galavanting on the tax payer dime.

The available leases are in areas that are already proving to be profitable. This is just a greed mechanism. Profits are great, and I also have fuel companies in my portfolio with the understanding that they are a necessary evil for retirement. Just like military arms stocks, if I didnt need them for my income, I wouldnt have them. If gas is down to $3 in September I will be shocked, but its possible. Here in Poland? Not a chance, gas still going up and who owns all the refineries and gas stations? Thats right, the government owns them and they are lining their pockets with record profits.

johnny reb

@PolAm

The available leases are in areas that are already proving to be profitable.

I don't know about that but what I do know is that it takes years before such leases can produce oil.
Leases are issued prior to exploration, and not every acreage of leased land has resources to tap into, despite substantial investments by developers.
This doesn't happen over night.
It takes decades sometimes plus biden has increased the price of oil leases by 50% which lowers the incentive to take a gamble on one.

Profits are great,

Exactly, so why fix what ain't broke ?
What kind of business man are you anyways.

@johnny reb
I am the biggest capitalist you would ever meet. 6 different operations in three different business segments. I like money, but I like to make it fairly. A good deal is when both sides are satisfied, and right now the American people are not satisfied with how big oil treats them. Hence more and more electric cars. In Europe electric and hybrid cars are everywhere, I will likely make the switch next year. Oil companies have to at some point, give something back to the consumer or lose the consumer. This is what will happen over time with electric and hybrid vehicles. More than ever before people are motivated to be done with regular gas combustion.

@PolAm

More than ever before people are motivated to be done with regular gas combustion.

I don't know about Europe but I do know not so in the United States.
Less and less people want electric cars.
I know that I will never own one.
Do you know that more carbons are produced in making a battery for an electric car than a gas car produces in eight years.
We here in the U.S. of A. are not ready for electric cars yet.
Much more development is needed for both the E.V. and the infrastructure for them.
Even the Greenies in California are turning in their leased E.V.'s and getting back into gas powered cars.
In short, nobody wants them, the fad is over before it even started.

@johnny reb
huge in europe. Charging stations everywhere. Creepy when an absolutely silent car appears on your side while walking and you did not hear anything before seeing it. I get it though, going green is a pain in the a$$. It has to be done eventually though. Solar is huge here too. EU credits and Polish rebates for every solar panel installed. Same for energy efficient roofing. USA is behind in that regard. Way ahead in coal use though lol

johnny reb

The sad truth is, electric cars are not popular in the U.S.
A big factor is that Americans know little about EVs.
I do know I can gas up my truck in three minutes and ready to roll with a huge payload of cargo.
I do know that if anything breaks on it that I can replace it myself with parts from a parts store in every town.
I do know that it will start in extremely cold weather.
And when my truck is worn out it gets crushed and recycled.
How do they dispose of all that used lithium in those E.V.'s ?
How dangerous is lithium to our environment compared to recycled motor oil ?
It will take a whole hell of a lot to convince me that E.V.'s are not toxic and cost more to run than an oil burner is to run.

Good post, JR. I drove one and I didn't like that it didn't coast. If you take your foot off the go pedal, it brakes.

At an eatery? Stop complaining and start cooking at home at last. Not only cheaper but also healthier coz you know what you put in the dish.

Macaroni and cheese were 26 cents. 1 was profit and 7 was taxes.

Yes, before the war.
WW2.

I just paid $8.26 for a bowl of macaroni & cheese. Thanks, Biden.

I just paid $22 and change for a family pack of chicken wings for the grill this afternoon.
I think there were 14 of them which will feed the four of us but still.
I can remember as a kid that no one wanted the wings and you could buy them for .25 cents a pound, now they are $4 a pound.

And.......And chicken wing prices will be taking another big hike here in the near future.
Hiring woes and shipping disruptions converged to create a perfect storm of upward pressure on chicken wing prices.
Prices go up when there is low supply or high demand, and right now we have both.
Chicken wings and beer are the main staples of life for us redneck hillbillies up in this neck of the woods. :-(

pawian

Yes, but their price went up after I had come to the USA. Wings have always been my fave. When Ams in NYC saw my wholesale purchases for the whole week, they also bought more and more wings. Then other places in the US copied from NYC and the hype spread. Simple.

When even the leftists steer right...

Bill Maher says woke 'fat acceptance' is now a national security issue because obesity is driving down Pentagon recruitment and slams social justice warriors' 'Orwellian' obsession with body positivity

'We've gone from fat acceptance to fat celebration,' Maher continued. 'This is new - to view letting yourself go as a point of pride.

No, Bill, it's not new. Western everything-goes societies did it before with the vomit inducings faggots. First, it was tolerance. Then - acceptance, followed by celebration. And, finally, pride.

This last step - pride - is still hard to explain. How shoving a penis into another faggot's ass is a reason to be proud is still unclear. One day, they will explain...

pawian
6 Aug 2022  #1107

And, finally, pride.

You live in a democratic country where the majority has nothing against gay pride. You don`t like it? Move to RuSSia where gay rights don`t exist. Or Iran or Afghanistan.

So, when are you leaving???? :):):):)

No, you won`t. You are only able to bi.tch, whine and moan uselessly. And only in the forum coz in real life you are scared of being ostrasized by your family, neighbours and other acquaintances. You are a veritable hypocrite azhole. .

That is an assumption and I would say an incorrect one.
The gay pride bir, not the democratic country bit :-)

But I guess Rich will question that as well!!

pawian

I would say an incorrect one.

So, your belief is incorrect. :):) Probably you haven`t checked the latest polls on American attitude to gays.

Rich will question that as well!!

Who cares??? :):):)

johnny reb

First, it was tolerance. Then - acceptance,

Where I live, we tolerate them if they keep to themselves just like we keep our sex lives to ourselves.
We certainly don't accept them and they feel it.
That's why they go to Key West and San Fransico to do their two circles and a snap.
