Let me say it this way. I don't care if the 2020 election was influenced by social media or martians. I do not believe in any deep state. I do not spend time watching conspiracy theory movies for left or right wing politics. I do not waste time when I have multiple business operations to take case of. In my free time, I prefer to read and educate myself on things that interest me. Theory on the election does not interest me.

As for a mechanism to re-instate Trump JR there simply isn't one. He, this type of situation, again assuming all you say is true, was never anticipated by the founding fathers in our constitution, or in any amendment. There is no stare decisis court decision on this matter because it has never happened. There is no case law at all that would anticipate this happening.

I dont care if Trump did actually do a deal with the Russians either. I dont care if the Russians interfered with the Hillary campaign. All this $hit has been debated and to continue it does not move the country forward. The country must move forward, and none of this does that.

As a "federalist", black and white when reading the law and not one for interpreting it, the election is over.
