Sauerkraut in Germany and kapusta kiszona in Poland is the same. You can not tell it is German style. It is PolGerm or GermPol style.

Because this is a forum about Poland, which is what most of us on here are interested in.
We are not particularly interested in America, but some posters on here seem to think that America is the centre of the world.
It's not.

I like sauerkraut as well and love it on white bratwurst with mustard. Its much better tasting than bland Polish kapusta.

Mr. Poland claims everything he has is so superior but then he buys bagged German sauerkraut. I really couldn't care less but the irony is overabundant.

Ill look for it next time... Oktoberfest is coming and they might have it:) Its not as big as Germanys, but you would like it. Ill probably head up to Wisconsin it was mostly settled by Germans and they have the best Brats. And Beer too!
