I think giving a large chunk of the West Bank to Palestinians or whoever to have their state there would improve things somewhat. Other solutions are not solutions at all in long-term practical terms, even if we overlook the ethical side of things.

My point is simple. The US and EU have no business being involved with any of the Israel Hamas bull$hit. All the peace deals over the last 80 years, all the land deals, all the handshakes mean nothing to these people on both sides. Israel is no innocent, and neither is Hamas. Taking sides on this unless you are a Jew or Palestinian makes no sense and no difference. Still, not one muslim country taking Palestine refugee's and that says all you need to know about the brotherhood of Hamas and Palestine.

That is also my point! However, the US elites seem to have different ideas on that issue.

American presidential elections are not directly democratic. Instead, they use something called the Electoral College.

Colorado and Maine are two states that Trump could never hope to secure in the elections. The fact that he will not be present on the ballot, does not alter the likely outcome.
