Meaning all the money laundering and payments are absolutely able to be prosecuted. Trump started the whole self pardon thing, Biden can do that if he wants. Nixon, an American traitor, is on tape and intercepted communications contacting a foreign government to act against the will of the American government thereby causing the deaths of thousands of US soldiers.
