You have no clue, do you? You can't just walk into a DMV, take the driving test and walk away with a Driver's Licence. You will have to provide (amongst others) proof of identity, such as valid license, birth certificate or passport, with your full first, middle (if applicable) and last name. Any foreigner can get a license in any state. I know dozens of Canadians who got their American licenses, and many more Europeans who have them. In some states you have to "opt out" of being registered to vote automatically when getting you license. Not "opt in" and this is done in democrat controlled states.

How is it that this shooter got within less than 150 yards of Trump, on a rooftop? This elevated shooting position, for those who have hunted before, is not only a prime location, but one that was easily within the control of security and secret service agents. You are citing UK news for a story coming out of the US. The NY Post has photos of law enforcement standing over the dead shooters body. He made a donation to Biden when he was sworn in to office. This just a day after Biden said to put Trump in a "bullseye". The shooter was 17 when he made the donation to a PAC. Registered as a republican but donating to democratic PAC? Again, does not pass the smell test. This shooter was on a rooftop. He got off 5 shots, and then he was dead. All while there were snipers on all the other rooftops, and witnesses on the ground saw the shooter crawling on the roof, notified secret service, and yet he still got off five shots. Trump wants to get rid of the CIA among other agencies. It is so far beyond the realm of logic that this shooter makes it in the secured area with a rifle, and then is able to gain the rooftop, crawl around on the roof, be seen by witnesses, get off five shots, all while the secret service does nothing. This was a 20 yr old man with an AR15, and if you look at the photos coming out, there was no way he would go unnoticed. Anyone believing in coincidence of all these things happening is not a logical thinker.

Yes, I don't know what kind of security former presidents get in the US, but logic would tell me that rooftop should be secured or observed at least. F*ck ups on the security side happen though, as we could see in case of the Slovakia's prime minister shooting.
