Successful lawsuits were filed in three instances, but you would know that had you actually done something in three different jurisdictions. Mugshots are freely available in the US, aren't they? As are case digests. And if somebody filed successful lawsuits in three instances but had been convicted on felony charges four times across three different decades, they'd still be a convicted felon, wouldn't they.

Interesting choices of years. But somebody sentenced to 14 years with an order specifying a minimum of 42 post-sentencing months be served most certainly would be able to post on PF in 2017. The open question is whether a four-time convicted felon should be allowed to vote in US elections. Perhaps we could discuss that point? I'd think that somebody who has served their time and now deeply regrets their past actions should be allowed to vote, but an increasing number of US states disagree with me. What do you think?

How could someone earn a nationally publicized award for accomplishments in 2007-2008 by your math? Since 42 months from November of 2004 would put the timeline of working in 2007-2008 impossible simply by the passage of time. The question is, even if you dont like me for any reason, how is the math problem solved.

As for press coverage, yes, it was national news. No one wants to write about when the storyline they presented was found to be incorrect. Doesnt fit a narrative. Apparently people do work in prison. That could be how somebody released from jail in August 2009 won an award for 2007-2008. And I remember reading that prisons have hockey teams, although whether that's a good use of taxpayer money is open for debate. Perhaps you'd like to discuss that topic here? I recently read an article about how US states are cutting spending on prison welfare, so it has been in the news lately.

Sometimes that leads to universal derision (for example when somebody claims to be a market guru but then boasts about making returns less than half the market average), sometimes it has more serious consequences (for example when somebody gets a credit card in their employers name using a power of attorney with a forged signature from their employer and the signature of a fake notary, and then serves 58 months in prison for doing that).
