Just watched a video of a reporter trying to get an illegal into the DNC. There is a border fence, police everywhere, and they were blocked from entering because they had no credentials. Then going to get credentials they were denied because the illegal did not have ID. They cant get in the DNC, but they can get into the country. Thats some amazing policy at work.

My view on criminnals let into the US? I have no view. People with serious criminal records are not let in legally. No US citizen has ever forfeited the right to work regardless of their actions or inactions. Denying someone work is a violation of nearly every State constitution.

In many states people who don't have particularly serious criminal records are barred from voting in the US. I don't support that. But I do think that people with extensive criminal records should be kept out of the US, and Poland. Having that policy in place would certainly result in fewer people suffering at the hands of criminals and fewer teenagers ending up sleeping in the streets.

Well, there is somebody who did nearly five years after pleading guilty to forgery. Same person was also in jail for fraud, check fraud, grand larceny, grand theft auto, assaulting his wife and beating his dog, although he wasn't tried on those last two charges, only jailed until he was bailed, so we need to remember that he is innocent of those offences. We can only say somebody is a felon if they have been convicted on felony charges, such as Donald Trump.

Again, you write completely false information. Look at dates, and locations, and its easy to see one person cannot be in multiple states at the same time, or in any state if alleged to be locked up. Then you will see the basis for an appeal. If someone were doing five years in 2004 it would make it impossible to win an award for his work in 2008. Another mental midget has taken front stage. I would gladly meet you to explain in person.

Looks like I missed some news: last I heard under Michigan state law one cannot appeal a guilty plea when it's knowingly made as a plea bargain, for example pleading guilty to one felon in exchange for five others felon charges being dropped and not being charged as a habitual offender despite being a three-time loser at other trials involving multiple felonies. And the news I did see shows that any appeal would have needed to be after 2011. Strange how there's absolutely no trace in any news about any appeal too. Not even an mention of it in any of the interviews given by the convicted felon.

An appeal may be filed when there is police misconduct, improper relationships between judge and witnesses, and when the court gives you labels of offenses that a person did not commit. Its called new evidence.
