Executions can be carried out only by the state AFTER the death warrant is signed by the governor and all appeals are exhausted.
BTW, this proves you are Polish...You, idiots, play fast and loose with words and metaphors to achieve your poetic, emotionally-charged results... where is my barf bag???
What an annoying idiot...
I guess this case will be a test for American democracy.
Justice has nothing to do with "democracy". China executes drug smugglers...justice without democracy...
achieve your poetic, emotionally-charged results...
No, this word is simply used for a certain types/styles of murder - with a gun, with a clear intention to kill, often cold-blooded, with complete disregard for human life, usually a shot in the head.
But I can put it differently - it was an "execution-style murder."
China executes drug smugglers...justice without democracy...
But they can, for example, frame a political dissident in drug smuggling or a politician who's not obedient enough into "corruption" or they can whitewash someone's crime and noone can verify this, because there's no free media and noone can do anything about this. That's not justice then.
BTW, this proves you are Polish...You, idiots, play fast and loose with words and metaphors to achieve your poetic, emotionally-charged results..
The obsession is unreal. PF leftards spend endless energy nit-picking America while conveniently ignoring the messes piling up at home. With all the time they devote to criticizing the U.S., you'd think they could've shown half that focus on stopping the war in Ukraine - but that requires action, not commentary. Instead, it's easier to sweep their own failures under the rug and play armchair generals of American politics.
The cite the BBC as a credibile news source as well! ROFTL
The problem with the American police is that they hire cucks and tattooed idiots who aren't suited for the job and lack proper training. They're not taught how to handle deadly force responsibly; if they feel threatened, they just shoot - like in a good ol' Western movie.
They should face jail time unless they can prove they would have lost their lives (not just their toes or fingers) had they not fired. If they can't, they should be treated as ordinary criminals.
American cops irritate the fvck out of me for being too nice. I asked them about it so many times...
Their main concern is stress and very short golden years due to heart attacks caused by stress...This is why those conversation following traffic stops are so dragged out as they try to deescalate the situation.
Every single time, he approaches the driver and asks for the license, he doesn't know what he will get: the license or the bullet.
That ICE man didn't know if the bit*ch would run straight into him or try to avoid him. This was certain: the cvnt hated him... so he hated her back, but still less than dying...
On my island, by law, the driver would get two warnings before his or her ass hits the pavement.
Often, when I see cops available for a short conversation, I tell them how mush I appreciate their work and wish them the very best...You would be amazed by how much they appreciate my comments.
When they approach me, my first question is if they want to see my ID. After that: "I am so glad you are here"...Never saw the muzzle of a cop's Glock...Funny how it works...
Karens, like the dead one, kill more cops here than do bullets.
BTW, in your opinion, how many unarmed blacks did the US cops kill in 2019?
You should know to write what you did, so go ahead and tell me...You can round it off to the nearest 100.
In the late 90's/early 2000's in my city, there was a situation almost exactly like this: cop in nearly same position in relation to car (car was a sedan, not a suv). The cop was killed. It's easy for all of us "level-headed" "morally lucid" armchair commentators to make judgmentsoif what cops should and shouldn't do, we're safe-out of harms way. But, law enforcement works in a different environment than we do when we make our judgments.
@Tlum This is peak armchair commentary from someone who's never worn a badge or faced a split-second life-or-death decision. Reducing policing to a cartoon about "tattooed idiots" just shows how detached you are from reality. American police deal with violent crime levels most European countries never see, often while being second-guessed by people safely typing from across the ocean.
And this fantasy standard of prove you would have died or go to jail sounds tough until you realize it would paralyze policing entirely. Easy to demand perfection when you carry zero responsibility and zero risk. Maybe focus on fixing your own backyard before lecturing others on situations you clearly don't understand.
Isnt it 3:20am in Poland? And youre awake all night long thinking about America... LOLOL
Hey, azzholes, both straight and gay,...there is a war next door to you...do something while Russia is out of bullets...
Too busy nitpicking America to fix their own mess - no wonder Putin runs circles around them.
Any state that declares itself as "a sanctuary" should immediately become a federal possession, and the governor tried for something with the death penalty.
We can't have a country in a country...Want a sanctuary for the enemies? Buy an island and get the fvck out...I like simple.
The mistake that the officer made was excusable, but he wasn't the only one who made an error. The woman involved made a mistake, too, unless we find out she was just driving by and they started shooting at her, which I doubt is the case.
She must have acted foolishly in some way; being an activist tells us something about her character. She has a child, is a single mother, and is involved with another man. She is not just a lost office worker or a housewife. She was looking for trouble, and she found it. That is my humble opinion.
You all seem to be looking for excuses for her because she died, and, of course, as a woman, she can't be held accountable for her actions-it's always the man's fault. Unless you present me with new evidence, I believe you're talking nonsense. ---
PF leftards
Isn't that answer your questions? Leftards all over the world are singing in unison with American leftards. Why are you so touchy?
Focusing on who is or isn't American is obsessive and insignificant. In this interest forum, the arguments matter, not dick measurements.
As for stopping the war in Ukraine, why doesn't the US stop Russia? Such a powerful country bombs people here and there all the time, and somehow, they get weak in the knees in front of Russia.
nit-picking America while conveniently ignoring the messes piling up at home.
Firstly, I don't ignore any messes at home. Secondly, you can't possibly be that stupid to not realise that the US isn't some small, obscure, insignificant country at the edge of the world and that whatever important happens in the biggest superpower on this planet is going to attract a lot of attention for a number of reasons. And thirdly, you comment about European matters all the time, so what is your problem exactly? This is what this forum is for - we're sharing our opinions and thoughts and observations.
That ICE man didn't know if the bit*ch would run straight into him or try to avoid him.
He knew though, you stupid c*ntman b1tch, that she was trying to avoid him/drive away when he was on the left side of the car shooting her in the head TWICE.
we're safe-out of harms way.
Again, he was safe and out of harm's way when he shot that woman TWICE IN THE HEAD while being on the left side of the car already.
The woman involved made a mistake
Yes, she did - by trying to drive away. However, we don't know why she did that and what it was all about even. I've read comments that she was given conflicting orders by ICE - to drive away and then to get out of the car. I don't know if that's true, but what I do know is that the ICE agent shot her TWICE IN THE HEAD when he was already on the left side of the car and out of harm's way. It wasn't self-defence anymore at that point. It was MURDER already.
-------
I've watched a video on Times Radio YouTube channel today in which a psychologist diagnoses Trump as malignant narcissist. And that's what he has been his whole life. What's more "recent", according to that psychologist, is his dementia. He says that it's progressing and that Trump probably won't make it to the end of his term "compos mentis".
Earlier I've heard people who treat patients with dementia saying on social media that they see signs of dementia in Trump, but they didn't go into details and so I wasn't sure how much truth there is to it. But this guy goes into details and gives examples and even mentions which type of dementia Trump probably has.
Also, he says that the thing with dementia is that it brings out the worse in whatever the personality disorder the person in qiestion has. So that's scary... Trump can actually get worse ;O
being a single mom, dating, being an "activists" (probably writing a few letters. How is this "looking for trouble"
It's a pattern of certain personality types that, under given circumstances, allows us to predict their behavior. I'm sure she was wholeheartedly opposed to deportations. I don't believe she found herself there by coincidence; she was there because she wanted to be. When she started acting strangely with her car, I'm not saying she had it coming, but she definitely put herself in a potentially risky situation. ---
It was MURDER already.
It was an accident; accidents happen. Murder is something you support, ie, killing unborn children.
@Ironside, there are seriously limits to bullsh1t.
The ICE agent shot her TWICE IN THE HEAD EVEN THOUGH THE CAR DIDN'T POSE ANY THREAT TO HIM ANYMORE. The gun didn't fire "by accident". He killed her fully aware that she didn't pose any threat to him. It wasn't any "accident". It was murder.
Do you understand? Or are you completely retarded - both intellectually and morally??
Murder is something you support, ie, killing unborn children.
You clearly have no idea what I support and don't change the subject.
@Poloniusz Of course Matt Walsh can post as many lies as he wants about this woman because she is dead. The interesting thing is why would someone tell such ridiculous lies, was it for political reasons looking for attention or a knee jerk response in support of federal employees. My guess is he posted these lies in an attempt to monetise this woman's death.
The political reaction after the death of Charlie Kirk was instant from federal authorities and right wing commentators I'm sure they won't be quiet about slanders on this Christian woman.
Again, he was safe and out of harm's way when he shot that woman
Said while sipping a warm cup of chamomile tea, listening to soft jazz during your midday aroma therapy. 😁
That point needs to be made to your federal government as they decided everything before she was cold.
Republicans used to say "let's give the investigation time. ". It didn't matter what the investigation turned up, the democrats would demagogue the thing to death. Conclusive evidence that a law enforcement action was justified was meaningless in the court of public opinion, ie the world of politics, the cop was guilty.
The guys in the Trump admin understand this. They are heading off the democrats demagoguery. It's one of the positives about Trump, he doesn't surrender to the dem narratives, he forcefully provides an alternative.
Now the leftards are going to milk her death forever.
They operate within their motto of "never let a tragedy go to waste. "
It's a twisted world, but it wasn't created by the bad Orange Man. He's just throwing punches in it.
Why was "this Christian woman" alone in a 2-metric-tonne SUV interfering with federal law enforcement, and not at home or in church with her three young children?
