No,

Yes. It was murder.

Paulina

but proceeded straight at him anyway

No. She. Didn't. Read my comment again. Slowly. It looks like she was turning.

And btw:

if that LEO was fast enough to move out of the way

It takes less time to move away than to stand there, aim and shoot a person three times in the head. Was that ICE agent a suicidal moron? Or did he know that she isn't driving into him? ๐Ÿค”

Slowly. It looks like she was turning.

To that LEO, she was not. Dead. Good. Pizza on the way...

When you get to that point in life where you have to make a life-ending decision in half a second - yours or some leftist cvnt's behind the wheel - come back and tell us all about it.

Until then, we are done.

AIDS

If you know anyone who's got that, ask them.

And yes, coffin dodger, it was murder.

where you have to make a life-ending decision in half a second

He didn't.

She had licence plates, that city has police.

Paulina

When you get to that point in life where you have to make a life-ending decision in half a second

I don't have to get to that point in life, since I presented to you an expert with vast real life experience in that field who concluded that it was stupid of that ICE agent to get into the front of a moving car in the first place. He needlessly put himself in danger.

The driver probably has never been in such a situation before and it's possible that she panicked, especially considering that those weren't cops and those ICE agents have a bad reputation. People often don't think clearly in stressful situations and anyone in the law enforcement type of work have to take that into account.

She had licence plates, that city has police.

Exactly, it's not like they were going after some dangerous gangster, child kidnapper, etc. A completely unnecessary death.

Novichok
8 Jan 2026  #216

She had licence plates, that city has police.

...and an injured or dead ICE man...

That's post fact...Prevention is everything...Good job, Mr ICE ... or whatever you are...

No, that city doesn't have police. US cops have been castrated by sanctuary mayors.

BTW, only stupid cvnts, aka Karens, can claim that with six cops - their cameras rolling - next to them, they feel unsafe.

When I was approached by four and detained for 5 minutes, I never felt safer in my entire life...

Prevention

The murderer prevented nothing.

Stop digging yourself into a hole. You don't need to spew your filth in every thread.

Paulina
8 Jan 2026  #218

Prevention is everything...

Yes, not getting in front of a moving car saves lives lol Imagine that. ๐Ÿคฆ

six cops

The thing is - those were not cops, but ICE agents. I wouldn't feel particularly safe around them either - guessing what kind of people seem to be joining those forces in the US.

Btw, there were cases of men posing as ICE agents in order to kidnap and rape women. That's some scary sh1t for a woman:

a former Polish police officer

He can only provide insights based on his experience and practice of Polish laws and procedures. In the U.S., things are different. I understand that you might not like it, and you may not be aware, but even if she doesn't like it, she should still know the rules. The survival instinct is at zero.
-----
Another point - The video starts in the middle, not from the beginning.
--
She had a 6-year-old kid

She should have acted with prudence. She clearly didn't. It is not the duty of the officer of the law to risk his life to enable a spoiled woman and her reckless behavior.
A completely unnecessary death.

It's on her.

That's some scary sh1t for a woman:

Then stay the fvck home!!! Duh!!!

This POS went out of her way to be a social justice warrior. Now dead...Good.

Paulina
8 Jan 2026  #221

and you may not be aware

I am aware and that expert is aware as he stated in the article. He still concluded that even considering different approaches it was a case of the use of excessive force.

It is not the duty of the officer of the law to risk his life

The point the expert made is that the ICE agent put his life in danger himself by making a basic, stupid mistake.

She should have acted with prudence.

The only person trained (or who should be trained) how to act in such situations was the ICE agent. She was just a regular person and people like that can panic easily.

Then stay the fvck home!!! Duh!!!

The US sounds like such a safe and sane place to visit and live lol ๐Ÿคฆ

Paulina
8 Jan 2026  #222

This POS went out of her way to be a social justice warrior. Now dead...Good.

According to her ex-husband who talked to Associated Press she had just dropped off her 6-year-old son at school and was driving home with her current partner when they encountered that group of ICE agents on a snowy street near their new home in Minneapolis, where they had moved just last year from Kansas City. He told AP reporters she was not even an activist, that he had never known her to participate in a protest of any kind. He described her as a devoted Christian who took part in youth mission trips to Northern Ireland when she was a kid.

since the father died earlier already.

He was a US army veteran, btw.

Why didn't he just shoot the tyre ?

Apart from the fact that he is a bloodthirsty murderer

Barney

Why didn't he just shoot the tyre ?

Doesn't matter, the federal authorities in that country have decided that she was a terrorist so a terrorist she will be. America can do what it wants where it wants when it wants because they have the guns, no change.

Paulina
8 Jan 2026  #225

Why didn't he just shoot the tyre ?

Because that idiot went right in front of a moving car. So a better question is why he simply didn't move out of the way.

Dead. Good. Pizza on the way...

I'm sure an evil freak like you has good appetite after posting such sick comments on PF.

driving home with her current partner

Damn, I feel sorry for this guy. If he sat next to her he must have had her brain on his face. Jesus... Trauma for life:

Because that idiot went right in front of a moving car.

Actually, I watched the video and he wasn't even right in front of the car, more on the left side of the front and he jumped out there WHILE she was turning right.

The front window of the car is intact aside from one bullet hole at the very edge of the left side of the window. So the first shot took place when she was ALREADY turning right. Then the same ICE agent shoots TWICE on the left side window when he is already on the left side of the car and completely safe from any harm. Right in the head.
HE WANTED TO KILL HER.

Only one bullet hole in the front window and left side window is gone:

Paulina
8 Jan 2026  #228

Also:

self-defense

After the ICE agent shoots the woman the car is still going and stops only after it hits another car and some pole on the side of the road. And that's because a car doesn't immediately/magically just stop right on the spot once you shoot or even kill the driver lol So claiming that he killed her "in self-defence" is stupid even without knowing that he shot her twice when he was already out of harm's way, imho.

she had just dropped off her 6-year-old son at school

OMG, I've just noticed the kid's plushie... ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Only one bullet hole in the front window

It was premeditated murder. He shot to kill.

Paulina
8 Jan 2026  #230

Or did he know that she isn't driving into him? ๐Ÿค”

Maybe I missed my calling and I should be a detective or something, haha :D ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธ

It was premeditated murder. He shot to kill.

It looks like it. I don't know if the left side window was down or not, but even if it wasn't down - shooting someone like that - up close in the head TWICE - that's an execution. That's messed up. Normal people in the law enforcement usually only kill if it's really necessary. That guy may be a psychopath. And that's why it matters a lot who you let in into such forces.

I don't know if anyone has posted this yet but I watched the BBC Verify frame by frame video footage of the shooting.

Looks very much like murder to me.

@Feniks, thanks for posting this. This is a better quality video than the one I saw and the commentary confirms my observations... And now I can see that the left side window was down after all... What a psycho.

And at first he was filming the car with his phone, so, additionally, a stupid/careless psycho.

Looks very much like murder to me.

Yes.

I took a screenshot from the video when he's shooting at the left side window:

America can do what it wants where it wants when it wants because they have the guns, no change.

I would be seriously scared if I was living in that country.

The FBI are now solely in charge of the investigation and local law authorities are out of it. Anyone can see how this is going to play out. It'll be a whitewash.

This is a better quality video than the one I saw

The video is in this BBC article too and is slightly bigger:

Actually, I watched the video and he wasn't even right in front of the car, more on the left side of the front and he jumped out there WHILE she was turning right.

If you'd actually watched the footage carefully instead of narrating a conspiracy, you'd see there were clearly two agents involved. The officer who fired had already been injured in a prior incident and was acting under extreme pressure. This isn't some European true-crime hobby project-- it's a U.S. security matter.

And if anyone wants to talk about responsibility, maybe start with the nonstop incendiary rhetoric that's been coming from leftard Democrats for years, fanning tensions and normalizing hysteria. Europe has more than enough problems of its own; armchair commentary on American incidents from across the ocean adds nothing but making you look like a TDS fool.

don't know if anyone has posted this yet but I watched the BBC Verify frame by frame video footage of the shooting.

This isn't a BBC frame-by-frame drama - it's a U.S. security incident. Watch the footage properly before jumping to conclusions, and spare us the overseas commentary.

That would be fine if the US wasn't imposing its laws on the rest of the world.

The federal government pronounced the dead woman a terrorist before she was cold and before any investigation had even begun. Why would they do that? It's what every tin pot regime does, perhaps you could think about another reason. It's clear Trump is your guy but don't blindly follow try to think for yourself.

Paulina

The video is in this BBC article too and is slightly bigger:

I couldn't find it in the article, but here's this:

bbc.com/news/videos/ceqzj9932wjo

If you'd actually watched the footage carefully

I did - quite a few times already. And two analyses - one Polish and the one by BBC that Feniks posted.

you'd see there were clearly two agents involved.

No, there clearly weren't. Both analyses by Polish TV and BBC are saying the same thing - only one agent was shooting. I can see it too. With my own eyes. In the video. There's literally A VIDEO of this. ๐Ÿคจ

Here's the analysis done by Polish TV - it starts at 1:07:

Other things I've noticed in the video posted by Feniks - there's another car on the right with a door open. The woman who was killed is waving the cars by. So it's not like the road was blocked by her car - ICE car could just pass by her like other cars did. One of the ICE agents slips at one point so maybe there was ice on the road and something happened to one of the cars. It's hard for me to say even what it was all about - why those two cars stood there and why ICE went only for that one car.

The officer who fired had already been injured in a prior incident and was acting under extreme pressure.

1. Then maybe he should take some time off to cool his head.
2. There was no "extreme pressure."
3. HE EXECUTED THIS WOMAN. He shot her twice in the head when he was at the left side of the car. In what way can you defend this???

fanning tensions and normalizing hysteria.

There has been cases of men posing as ICE agents in order to kidnap, rape and rob people. Judging by the video the ICE drived in a regular unmarked car and masked men came out of that car, surrounded the woman's car and just told her to get out. I didn't hear them even identify themselves in any way. One of the agents just went straight for her door and that was when she started pulling back the car. If she wasn't there for any protest or anything then she might not even know what's going on and who those people were.

This is the ICE psycho after the killing - opposite to what Trump claims he doesn't look "barely alive" lol:

Just as I was about to start feeling bad about calling Brits azzholes...this from Daily Mail:

Transgender man, 23, who got pregnant during fling says he will give his baby son up for adoption

No, azzjholes, that freak is a stupid cvnt pretending to be a man.

If she pretended to be Jesus, would you write "Jesus gets pregnant"?

Feniks
8 Jan 2026  #239

spare us the overseas commentary.

I have every right to give an opinion, as do you when you frequently post on UK matters,

What I saw in that video is clear enough to me. That ICE agent shot her twice in the head.

Do you not wonder why the FBI have frozen Minnesota law enforcement out of the investigation and denied them access to evidence.? Almost like they're trying to cover something up.

I couldn't find it in the article,

It's been removed because it was definitely there when I posted it and when I checked after reading Joker's post, it was gone. Weird.

It's the same one that you just posted in your link.

Paulina

I would be seriously scared if I was living in that country.

Me too. Honestly. What a madhouse...

It'll be a whitewash.

How though? Everything is literally on camera.

On the other hand - judging by Joker's "in denial" comment even though everything is there in the video and he's still brushing it off like nothing happened... Maybe you're right... But that would be a significant "putinization" of the US already o_O

I guess this case will be a test for American democracy. Who will win? The truth and the rule of law or Trumpism? ๐Ÿค” I think everyone should be watching this case intently. ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿฟ
