First she pulled back and then wanted to drive away - it looked like she just wanted to go away from them. The ICE agent could simply move out of the way instead of shooting her. And then they didn't give her medical assistance and wouldn't let a doctor present at the scene help her and she died. There are witnesses and videos.

However, given all that is happening around deportation and ICE, along with the left-wing extremists and those crazy Karens who think they are untouchable, it was bound to happen sooner or later.
