2016 Presidential Elections in the US

Today Trump has warned of a major world wide recession coming in the near future.

We're in the midst of a stock bubble - stocks are WAY overvalued. I hear some of these supposedly respected financial news outlets stating things like 'Facebook - $200 billion company' and I think to myself how? They have had not even a full $3 billion in net income last year. The final bubble will be the 'dollar bubble' and that's when everything will go kaput. The ONLY thing propping up the US dollar is its popularity as a world currency - something that Chinese and Russians are already fighting against by using their own currencies/creating a new basket currency. Gaddafi wanted to do for African and Arab oil exporters, by implementing the Dinar which would have immensely helped Libya and other oil producers and we all know what happened to him. The fed has to keep kicking the can down the road and creating new bubbles and bursts to avoid people from realizing that the dollar is essentially worthless.

the dollar is essentially worthless.

Not much incentive to save and invest is there.
This is why we need Trump to give America it's last chance not to become a third world.
I wonder if the Clinton Crime Family names will be on that list.

Not much incentive to save and invest is there.

No, and Hillary's tax plan makes it even worse. Whether a person holds an investment for a second, as HTFs do, or whether they hold it for 720 days like an average investor would hold some blue-chip stock, they will be taxed at the exact same rate.

One of the best ways to become wealthy in the US is by saving, investing, and reinvesting your money. Well, now people aren't going to do that as much, especially the middle class non-day trader types, because nearly 40% of their profit is going to be taken right out.

I would say - Paul Ryan.

I think you are correct as this article just popped up.
Koch says Ryan is a shoe in.

Well then, pal, his shoe's the wrong size! Probably's got two left feet anywayLOL

johnny reb

This is why I call them "Low Information Voters" when they say that they support Hillary.
Here are 22 of her greatest scandals.
This is WHY I refer to the Clinton's as the "Clinton Crime Family".
After reading them how could/would anyone want an unethical, scandalous, crime riddle person like this for their Commander and Chief ? How ?

wnd.com/2015/05/here-they-are-hillarys-22-biggest-scandals-ever/#UE8bSQ6fYJkLsvGf.03

Now ain't that just a pile of dirt to have connected to your name ?

Lyzko
5 Apr 2016  #1117

Those Republican misinformation mongers have gotten to you too, I see:-)

Scandals?? Trump has scandals connected with his name, yet somehow, those doesn't seem to bother you, does it?

Scandals seem only to appear on the Dems' side, yet none on the Reps'? Now, isn't that curious!
:-)

johnny reb
5 Apr 2016  #1118

Post some of them so we can compare them with Clinton's huge ones.

Lyzko
5 Apr 2016  #1119

Tony Weiner right here in the Big Apple!! He promised lots of good stuff, such as getting to the bottom of 9/11, fighting for affordable, middle-class housing etc.. Suddenly, some (Republican!!!!) blogger from the West Coast explodes with the sexting scanda, all but destroying his promising career in politics. What a coincidence, just when Weiner and his staff were on the verge of the getting to the truth about 9/ll.

johnny reb

Trump has scandals connected with his name, yet somehow, those doesn't seem to bother you, does it?

So Trump was behind 9/11 ?
I posted 22 of Clinton's MAJOR scandals and you have yet to post one of Trumps.
See what I mean by "low information voters" ?

Tunny
5 Apr 2016  #1121

The scandals though are scarcely compatible:-)

Łyżko

AdrianK9
5 Apr 2016  #1122

Trump's scandals include him hiring some illegal Polish contractors... meh... the illegal Polish and Mexican contractors are what keeps Home Depot humming at least here in Chicago..

Being too leveraged in the 80's? Declaring bankruptcy on a few firms?

That doesn't even pale in comparison to Benghazi, looting the White House, having Puerto Rican terrorists released from prison, constant flip flopping on Iraq/immigrants/etc., illegal campaign funds, using the IRS to intimidate Republicans, refusing to release emails, lying about being broke, and many many more - also these are the ones that the public knows about so far...

johnny reb
5 Apr 2016  #1123

Lyzko was silenced when I posted Clintons 22 biggest scandals above in post #1116.
If anyone with a brain would take the time to read them and let them sink in (since there is no way to deny them) they "might" (and I use that word loosely) just snap out of the "low information voters club" and understand WHY she would be a horrible choice for Commander and Chief of the greatest country on earth.
Most of them are felonies that would land anyone else in prison where she belongs.
Notice that not a single person here has been able to defend her yet they fire away at Trump with minor so what's because he doesn't deal with the libtards "Political Correctness".
Without it, the 'Political Correctness', the Libs are totally defenseless.
I wonder who Trump will pick for V.P. ?

TheOther

I wonder who Trump will pick for V.P. ?

Christie, who else? Or maybe Sarah Palin, because he loves women so much...

johnny reb
5 Apr 2016  #1125

Christie, who else?

I am thinking someone like Newt with experience how the inside works.

Trump did come out today and explain how he was going to make Mexico pay for the Trump Wall.
He said that he would cut off all money being sent back to Mexico by Western Union, Money Graham and bank transfers by the illegals and legal's.
That would cut $25 Billion dollars tax free CASH that Mexico gets every year to stimulate their economy.
So Mexico is to pay a one time payment to the U.S.A. for I think 8 billion to finish building the wall or the gravy train gets shut down.
The Libtards are going to scream that it isn't Politically Correct to do that but like I keep saying, "this is why Trump is so popular is because he IS NOT Politically Correct." Save the tears.

because he loves women so much...

I am from old school so you shouldn't joke about that with me.
'Women are equal to men' .... well let's just see how the soccer mom's feel about that when the draft gets implemented next time.

He said that he would cut off all money being sent back to Mexico by Western Union, Money Graham and bank transfers.

So, given that the US doesn't have exit border controls, Jesus is going to take his cash to Mexico and transfer it from those handy bank branches that will open up on the Mexican side of the border.

Typical populist thinking, really.

Typical populist thinking, really.

And an absolute gift to the Democrats. Fortunately.

johnny reb
5 Apr 2016  #1128

Typical populist thinking

LOL, you don't live here so you are so clueless of how big the United States is.
Jesus is going to take his cash to Mexico and transfer it from those handy bank branches that will open up on the Mexican side of the border.

Yup, Jesus is going to jump in his rusted out broken down cheby truck and drive from say Billings Montana where he is working in a meat packing plant and drive down to Brownsville Texas on the border (27 hour drive one way) and explain to the U.S. Customs that he is in the U.S. illegally working and wants to take tax free money across the border to a bank branch office and then drive his broken down Cheby truck back into the United States illegally for his 1700 mile trip back to his job in Montana every week to do it again taking the chance of having his truck and money confiscated with a NO ENTRY. (sigh)
Typical populist thinking alright.
At any rate it should get Mexico's attention of who is in charge of America.

delphiandomine
5 Apr 2016  #1129

Typical populist thinking alright.

So he takes a trip to Canada. Or he gives the cash to his cousin who is legally in the United States to transfer it from Canada. Or he transfers it to a service in the United States that transfers it first to Canada and then to Mexico without any issues.

The idea of "forcing" Mexico to pay for the wall is just hilarious by all accounts.

TheOther
5 Apr 2016  #1130

I am from old school so you shouldn't joke about that with me.

Trump's track record with women hasn't been the best lately, but I mentioned Palin because she came up as a potential running mate somewhen in January, if I recall correctly.

johnny reb
5 Apr 2016  #1131

So he takes a trip to Canada.

You are so sharp delph but again if you can believe it or not the United States does have a border crossings with Canada too.
Or he transfers it to a service in the United States that transfers it first to Canada and then to Mexico without any issues.

Did you miss the part
He said that he would cut off all money being sent back to Mexico by Western Union, Money Graham and bank transfers by the illegals and legal's.

The U.S. Customs are not like the police delph, they never smile and they take their jobs VERY seriously.
You learn quickly to say yes sir and no sir or your life could become a living hell very quickly.
They have more authority then Obama has.
The idea of "forcing" Mexico to pay for the wall is just hilarious by all accounts.

I agree, it's going to be hilarious to see them being forced to pay for it when Hillary goes to prison where she belongs.

johnny reb
5 Apr 2016  #1132

I mentioned Palin because she came up

I don't think so as she would not compliment what Trump is lacking to run the country.... she would boost the women's vote and require that every American be required to own three guns, shoot their dinner and make pigs wear lipstick however.

delphiandomine
5 Apr 2016  #1133

Did you miss the part

Didn't miss a thing. There are plenty and plenty of banks based abroad that would be happy to take USD, change it into MXN and then transfer it to Mexico. How is Trump going to stop them? Is he going to ban US citizens from sending money abroad?

As I said, a populist solution that simply doesn't work in the real world. Even a simple way of doing things would be how it used to be done in the Warsaw Pact countries - you transfer money to their branch in the United States, and then a credit is applied to a nominated account in Mexico. Voila.

TheOther
5 Apr 2016  #1134

she would boost the women's vote and require that every American be required to own three guns, shoot their dinner and make pigs wear lipstick however.

Ha ha ha. Caribou Barbie would also be good at foreign policy, because she can see Russia from her home as we all know.

Trump and Hillary both got beat in Wisconsin yesterday.
I think people are starting to come to their senses.
A poll was taken in the GOP and 52% of the people said they were scared of Trump becoming Commander and Chief.
Trumps misogyny for sure has hurt him and it is starting to make a difference.

Lyzko
6 Apr 2016  #1136

@Johnny, no Łyżka certainly wasn't "silenced" (as you read in my private messages)!

Christie's a loser, a sort of Homer Simpson-character on steroids, in my opinion. He'd make a lousy President and only a so-so Veep.

He has however, on the surface, made New Jersey more livable than New York:-)

johnny reb
6 Apr 2016  #1137

Christie's a loser

And and and how did his name suddenly appear out of thin air ??????
Did I miss a post somewhere ?
(as you read in my private messages)!

I didn't read your private messages, I deleted them along with all of delph's that make no sense.
The only private messages that I read are from my friends. Roz's are the best as they make me smile.
You and delph's are not worth my time to read so please quit sending them.

Still no response from Mexico's president in reference to Trump's Plan forcing Mexico to pay for the Trump Wall.
At least we don't have to worry about a preemptive nuclear strike from Mexico like we do N. Korea.
I see Trump called it "disgusting" that Ford is going to build a new plant in Mexico ignoring him about bringing jobs back to America.

AdrianK9
6 Apr 2016  #1138

Ford

Even luxury car manufacturers Audi, Mercedes, and BMW have billion dollar plants in Mexico.... the US is simply becoming noncompetitive. More and more companies are relocating their headquarters out of the US because the taxes are simply too high. Idiots go crazy when they hear 'higher corporate taxes' but they don't realize that this is one of the worst things for the US. Increasing corporate taxes means that corporations will either relocate, outsource, hire foreign workers, and do whatever they can to offset those costs. That means less jobs for Americans and smaller salaries.

Lyzko
6 Apr 2016  #1139

Johnny, by deleting the truth, you cannot avoid confronting it. More in the vernacular, you can run, but you can't hide!

Governor Christie's name scarcely came "out of thin air". His name came up in relation to the Reps still standing, namely, Trump and Cruz.

Again sir, I'm merely offering my opinion of the man. In my humble opinion Christy's a blowhard, not quite on the level of bullying as Trump, but, well....Bridgegate isn't too far off:-)

TheOther
6 Apr 2016  #1140

I think people are starting to come to their senses.

Voting for Sanders or Cruz doesn't sound very sensible to me. Rather the opposite.
