He has until the end of tomorrow to apologize to you Ptak.
And if he EVER says another unkind word about you or your family again, I will turn the dogs loose on him.
The Mods don't want to suspend him for crossing the red line then it is up to the members to discipline him.
Nobody makes remarks like that to another human being without apologizing for such a sin without facing the consequences.

I'm very sorry for your loss. Writing (especially poetry) is said to be a great aid in coming to terms with grief, especially for those who are not very verbal in everyday life.

It doesn't erase the pain but it helps make it a bit more manageable.

RE: The Ptak Controversy

Some people, or other primates - here - need to be more careful with their words. Wasn't right when it was happening to Novi, not right when it's happening to Ptak. That said, I've benefited from forgiveness in my life, and so I expect the person that transgressed deserves to be forgiven too. We all make mistakes, and it's hard to admit sometimes.

I always wanted to say, that I think "Paulina" is a beautiful name. We don't have such a name in Russia. I have a niece, which we call by her name and patronymic usually - because she behaves like she is some kind of countess/duchess - Ekaterina Pavlovna. For some reason, I always remember her when talking to Paulina :)))

Paulina is a good name.

That being said, I think some Polish women names are totally vulgar. Like the very western Barbara. Varvara much better to my ear!
