I am proud to be Russian. Twelve hundred years of Vikings, Rus warriors, Mongols, and Cossacks run in my blood.
By all means, be proud; pride is the line separating a scrounger from a patriot.
Not that it matters, but your stature would be significantly elevated, in my eyes, if you presented a truthful picture of Polish contributions to human achievements
compared to those of barbaric Berbers; I could counter your Zidane fascination with at least a marginal mention of Lewandowski, just to be fair.
It would be a more balanced and honest picture if you admitted to the role your country played in robbing our country for two hundred years
of the most productive period in human history. How many potential authors have yet to publish a brilliant book or the engineer created a marvelous piece of mechanical device, how many paintings were not made in brilliant colors, and how many factories were not erected to benefit the Polish nation? All of this and much more, thanks
to the oppression and systematic destruction of any/everything Polish by Russians? One should be careful while comparing Berbers' achievements to Polish, taking into account two hundred years of Russian interference. But for a Russian, you are OK.
Even though I strongly object to some of your conclusion, your rights to bloviate should not be infringed upon. :::)))

barbaric Berbers
Most of them really are not barbaric. I've lived and worked among them and probably will again before I'mm done.
One should be careful while comparing Berbers' achievements to Polish
Very much so, comparing 300 years of French, Spanish, and Italian interference and over a thousand years of Arab interference, That and some of them surviving and thriving in one of the most hostile environments on the planet, the Western Sahara Desert.

Jon, How many barbarians per thousand does it take to be a barbarian tribe? Are you arguing that a beheading bunch of barbarians are nothing but barbarians?
On the other hand, one Pawian does not indicate that every teacher in Poland is a virtual rapist and the country a nation of barbarians. Pawian is an exception::)))

Or a 'beheading bunch'...
A tourist from my town was shot dead while on holiday in Florida. Does that mean that Americans are a 'shooting bunch'?

I see you are still proudly manifesting your toxicity which led to so many sad events in the life of your family. Why are you still doing it? Didn`t you already cause enough tragedy??? Why do you insist on acting as a sick psycho??? First to your family, now in the forum.

That's terrible. Europeans should be _very_ wary about going to the US for tourism and extra wary about Florida.... a very dangerous place, especially if you don't know what to look out for. I wouldn't trust myself alone in parts of Florida since Poland is so much safer... years ago I was visiting Houston (US friend who'd lived years in Poland) and I said the same thing and they understood immediately.

I suspect it would be more difficult to judge where is safe and where isn't than at home. I found that in New York and even sometimes in London.
Thousands of Brits go to Florida every year (they often rent houses in the summer that people from the North East US rent in the winter) and there are very few problems. Far more deaths from heart attacks on the golf course than anywhere else.

Oh... they're "in Florida" but they're not in Florida Florida..(sort of like Maldives where tourists are sheltered from local conditions).
I grew up in Cracker Florida and it's a whole 'nother world... and not in a good way....
I remember a conversation with my brother a few years after high school about his friends...
me: Whatever happened to Bill?
brother: He's in prison....
me: What about Jack?
brother: prison...
Apart from my brother (on his way to a career in a very competitive professional field) the success story of his friends was working in a gas station...
And we were far from the worst area... overall not that bad, you went 50 kilometers inland.... and wooo doggies!

Dear, Lying Sack of Excremant, you know absolutely nothing, zero, nada, zilch, about events in the life of my family. All you ever accomplished is making a full of yourself. But, unfortunately, instead of taking the velvet gloves off, you took your velvet leotards off, exposing the repulsive face of a liar, pedophile, and virtual rapist.

Its totally different from being at a tourist beach location and then drive into town to Winn Dixie..
I used to live on Ft.Myers, Bh and worked at a resort. During the summer, I had a construction job in Cape Coral. It was like going from Baywatch to Hee Haw! LOL
They hated me because Im a Yankee, even worse being from Illinois. They still hate Lincoln as well. Its comical how dumb some of them are. I was told theyre still trying to "re build" from the civil war...LOL
Have you ever been to the Redneck Rivera ( Panama City) during the summer? Its mind boggling trying to talk to them.

if you presented a truthful picture of Polish contributions to human achievements
Lol, I was not trolling when I said it's likely Berbers have left a bigger imprint on world history than did the Poles.
Here, look at this list of famous Berbers on Wikipedia:
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Berber_people#History
In addition to Tertullian, who I already mentioned, you will find there St. Augustine (perhaps the most important Church Father in history), Averroes (polymath that helped reintroduce Europe to Aristotelian thought), Ibn Batuta (legendary traveler that crossed longer distances than his contemporary, Marco Polo), and so on and so forth.
When Poles were still roaming the forests of Central Europe, Berbers were shaping the history of the Roman Empire and the Catholic Church.
Their population today is said to be around 36M, so it is entirely fair to compare them to Poland. It's not like there are 10X more Berbers than Poles.

all the children killed in Ukraine do not matter?
According to a November report released by the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, approximately 400 children died as a result of the war in Ukraine. It's entirely reasonable to assume that that number has since grown to perhaps 600-700 children. Make no mistake - this is a terrible tragedy.
I know I will be accused of whataboutism, now, but let's look at the actions of the United States in Iraq. According to the same office, something like 1,200 Iraqi children were killed by US forces between 2003 and 2011. A rate of child-killing that is quite a bit slower than Russia's - I'm willing to admit. But... what happened prior to the invasion? For this we have a landmark UNICEF report published in 1999, that found that US sanctions had caused the death of 500,000 children.
Here's an excerpt:
The survey results, published in August 1999, clearly showed that children in the center/south of Iraq were dying at over twice the rate as a decade earlier. Due to the ongoing humanitarian emergency brought about by the sanctions, 500,000 more child deaths occurred during 1991-1998. Based on the findings, concern was expressed that the imposed economic sanctions have an extremely detrimental impact on children.
Whoa!!! Without dropping a single bomb, America killed 1000x more children than Russia did during the most brutal war in Europe since WW2. Holy cow! Only a true superpower is capable of that!
Unfortunately the oil-for-food programme did not stop Saddam from building new palaces or purchasing new Mercedes S-Classes, but it sure taught the children of Iraq not to mess with America.

Another swing at comparisons gone wrong. Why were Iraq sanctions made? Saddam killing and gassing his own people? Again Saddam compares to Putin for bringing sanctions upon the people he leads. How many children were in the Mariupol theater? How many palaces has Putin built? How many bunkers? The justification parade is just as stupid as the comparisons made.

Have you met any?
Oh... they're "in Florida" but they're not in Florida Florida
One of the places is I think called Kissimee. The problems happen when they want to see the 'real' Florida and go to a diner off a highway that looks like something they saw in a film. The problem is, they forget how the film ended.
Reminds me of Yorkshire and the real Yorkshire. People flock to York in their thousands to photograph things but wouldn't really like to get lost 30 miles away.

Thanks boys, I see there's no debate that 500K kids died because America decided to punish Saddam.
Like God, if America does something then it cannot be wrong. Although, it is rather suspicious that America exercises it's moral outrage primarily towards countries containing large amounts of petroleum. Pol Pot killed a third of Cambodia's population and that was fully acceptable, because he was an enemy of Vietnam, and an ally of China under Deng Xiaoping. Pol Pot, was tragically misunderstood... Mobutu Sese Seko was lauded as a valuable ally, even as he stole $15B from the poorest country in Africa. Augusto Pinochet received regular plaudits, for killing thousands of Chileans in extrajudicial killings. Mohammad Bin Salman, is feted by Biden and Blinken, even as he kills hundreds of thousands of Yemeni children, and butchers political opponents in embassies. Netanyahu is offered additional aid, even as Israel becomes a modern apartheid state with clear fascist elements.
Yeah. Tell me about how Iraqi children deserved what happened to them.

Why would there be, since a. they didn't and b. it's irrelevant.
Attempts to distract are a typical part of the Moscow playbook.
That and denial. They even tried to deny the chemical weapons attack in Salisbury.
Make no mistake - this is a terrible tragedy.
The tragedy is that Muscovy made an illegal and unprovoked invasion of a neighbouring European country, one in which they are committing war crimes.

Are you saying children didn't die through malnutrition and limited access to medication?
Regarding relevancy... it is not directly relevant to the current conflict that 500K children died in Iraq as a result of US policy. However, it is highly relevant when a substantially lower level of harm done to children by Russia, is used as a pretext to designate it as a pariah state. It will be used by Russian and other diplomats at the Security Council, in the Council of Europe, and in other fora to underline the rotten nature of the current international system. People living in Asia, Africa, Latin America will be receptive to this message - believe you me.
The relevancy is all wrapped up in exposing your hypocrisy, which is ultimately what led to this conflict. You folks became so lost in your hypocrisy you began to believe it.

Precisely... Kissimmee isn't bad but west of 27 and north of I-4... they don't need to go there...
One of the my standard speeches to Polish people going to the states was "If a local person tells you to stay away from a particular neighborhood... believe them!"
Most of Poland doesn't really have dangerous neighborhoods...

Don't forget about birth defects from that "democratic" depleted uranium. It seems that depleted uranium and napalm are great tools to spread "democracy" - especially among kids when they are running down the street like little torches, all in flames. It's fun watching them from a distance. Close up...not so much ...That damn PTSD...Who invented this sh*it?
